Good first experience.
I had 6 clear questions about my options for becoming a customer, and what the various plans entail. The support rep (Khizer Saleem) answered them all concisely and adequately. Once I signed up, I had a tough time with my old provider, so I needed help. Their chat rep Ramish Khan provided excellent support. One thing I had not understood was their coding of the networks. Instead of just calling them Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, they call them WARP, Dark Something, and Lightspeed, respectively. So I initially chose the wrong network. Ramish helped me correct that.
