Great prices and good customer service. We have had to wait on the phone for a bit to reach customer service, but not an excessive amount of time. They are polite and helpful. The connectivity we get in our area has been pretty good - not that much different from any other carriers we've had. (We are in Northern NV)
Fatima Shafiee was very helpful and friendly. That is very refreshing in customer service and it would give US mobile a clear advantage over competition.
The agent I spoke with (Aiman Karim) was fantastic. I had a somewhat complicated issue, having traveled to a foreign country without first setting up WiFi calling or international eSIM. Realizing I was locked out of my bank without being able to receive a text verification, I was in a pickle. Aiman was able to troubleshoot and get me up and running, persistently going through the various options until we found the one that worked. Thank you!
Fatima Shafiee helped me transfer my number from my old phone to my new phone. Excellent service and she had so much patience with me. US Mobile has the best customer service of any wireless company that I've ever had. I've reached out to them a few times and any issue is resolved quickly with polite, professional service just like Fatima gave me today. Thank you!

They fixed my issue even though I left the conversation and returned to it multiple times. My hotspot wouldn't provide Internet to any of my devices even though the.devices were connected to the phone and the phone itself has internet. In the end, they found that I needed to reset my network settings then turn on and off airplane mode. After that, internet worked well on tethered devices.

My experience was great Hassan Khalid has great customer service very patient with me when I needed to fine IMEI number and figure out how to paste it to the conversation only to learn I had to write it down bc copy and paste was not working all the way but he got my line up and going in a flash with no problems thankyou Hassan your the best.

I got an email saying I need to talk to a representative to finish this transfer. So I did. And the representative told me my iPhone 11 was not suitable for esim. I was very confused. Because google , Apple and usmobile all told me my phone was good to use esim. Anyway, Muhammad helped me to successfully installed the eSIM!
