I had such an awful time activating cell service for an Apple Watch on T-Mobile. After years of paying for it without it ever really working correctly, I gave up. On a whim, I reactivated it with US Mobile, and although there were a couple of bumps, customer service was top-notch, especially Hamza N. He got me all set up and running and I can’t believe how easy and painless it was 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Abdul Rehman was so kind and helpful. He helped me for 2 hours and didn't stop until the issue was resolved. Very sweet and patient. A pleasure to work with!

The rep explained everything in detail and made sure I totally understood the next step before we started. Porting my number took the most time, but Hamza walked me through it with my previous carrier like a total professional. So far my service on the Darkstar network has been awesome. So happy I found US Mobile!!!
I have to say that US Mobile Support is the best in the business. Whatever the complexity of the issue, you can always count on a complete solution no matter how long it takes. I am currently living abroad and stopped receiving 2fa texts and calls from the US which was becoming quite an issue. Syed Muhammad Ibtisam Zaidi held my hand and walked me through the viable solutions so that I was shortly back in business. Thank you, Syed!

Switched to a pSIM from eSIM (so I can take advantage of eSIM options later), ran into an issue where RCS stopped working. Saffa was kind and professional and assisted in getting the issue resolved. I always have a good experience with US Mobile support when I need them.
Every time I have questions or an issue with anything related to my cell phone/service it has been resolved by friendly staff. Sometimes it can take awhile if you have some complex issues, but I’ve had great success in solving/fixing problems with the chat feature.
Customer experience is super smooth. I would like to change my plan right away and Sarhan helped me process this in a second.

Terrible customer service! I waited 25 minutes on hold, finally got a customer service representative who said, “hello, hello?” She pretended not to hear me and hung up. That’s likely how she quickly gets through her calls and paid. Clearly, they do not have enough customer service representatives. I called back waited an additional 25 minutes for a representative. Good luck getting an answer regarding transferring service from another provider. Fortunately, there are a lot of other economical superior service provider competitors like Ting Mobile. (Note: Ting does not support esim cards) Update: US Mobile customer service keeps getting worse! Gave them two more chances and they dropped the ball both times. They will schedule an appointment, but never call on time. I received a call for a previously scheduled a next day 9:00 AM appointment at 11:34 AM. I rescheduled for 9 AM the following day, received a call the same day at 5:30 PM. I wasn’t available. Ridiculous! You get what you pay for. US Mobile‘s customer service is basically nonexistent. I am staying with T Mobile. Their higher rates are worth superior customer service.
