2hrs on wait- 1/2 with a guy saying he…
2hrs on wait- 1/2 with a guy saying he would call back to test issue- never did= 3hrs today. Feel for workers and this one stated hearing many complaints as system is 'bad now'. As such- 'you are 20th in line- options to not talk with a human/ bot chat or whatever, my case needs nuanced support. Later- 'you are 3min out....(20min later).. you are 25th in line= repeat. Update- waited through another 1/2 hr (light yrs ahead of last one, still a mind fuch)- this man also was thoughtful in phone affect- then asked me to turn off airplane mode- that cut him out= no call back & I am calling again I think for closure, but maybe for some penitent kink. This is the irony or rather part of the mindfuch- they are the actually phone provider- but are not able to call back when this has happened. Dunno, sure as know they know my number. On to bigger things, I got some infected knives to juggle, prob will find closure on that shite. --> Last update in case anyone reads, b/c I wouldn't- but= original call of 2.5hrs was for the fact my VM messages don't show up until 5 days later- ie- I can get 4 important one's on Monday, only to not pop up in iphone until Sat. After now 6hrs or a bit of like a work shift w/o getting paid- 1) there was no rectification; USM could never call me back per their system (they did sent emails to this extent)- let alone test the VM settings- while a neighbor could do all- just not my carrier.; the problem is periodic, so will happen again- but I am leaving now 12pm-630pm just happy I am receiving calls. Lastly, I did ask for credits given the situation- 'I am sorry sir, I asked the team & unfortunately no. Koko
