Dishia Ijaz is very friendly and helpful!

I think that they have the worse customer service by far.I wouldnt have expected to wait for the same answer like 10mins and i was already chatting with human plus their conciergie are as useful as sand in Saudi Arabia.Of course only if they actually connect you to one since it could take from 1 to 4 bussines days to connect.

I chatted with Omer Ali Khan. He was super friendly and genuinely seemed eager to help me.

Had an issue with a new phone purchase. I thought it was esim compatible. Turns out it wasn't. The customer reps at US Mobile were very patient and knowledgeable. I purchased another phone and everything went well.

Dishia Ijaz helped me today and was amazingly patient and thorough. My daughter lost her phone last week and I finally got a replacement in the mail but hadn’t erased the old phone or removed it from my Apple account. When the new one arrived, it took almost 30 minutes before I was able to get into it and provide the info to port her phone number to the new phone. Dishia was patient, let me know it was okay it was taking so long and then handled the transfer quickly. I appreciate someone being patient when I clearly wasn’t and taking the time every now and then to reassure me they were still there and to just let them know when the info was available. I didn’t have to explain it all over or restart a conversation. Thank you Dishia!

the representative that helped me provided me the greatest experience and I will be back due to that with more of my business in the form of porting my postpaid tmobile lines to usmobile. It was pretty much incredibly helpful and assuring to have had that level of great interaction that is so terribly absent from the main big guys, and they can tprovide any of the amazing features. THANK you and I will be back to port more in. others should do this too to save money. the main 3 are terrible.

had a difficult time trying to activate a physical sim card on my phone but my phone would not recognize the new sim card so got in touch with support took 2 minutes to get a human and with a lot of step by step instruction from Hanzalah we got it fixed.

Customer chat representative Bukhari was really smart in finding out why my pixel phone on ATT wouldn't see any Data although the 5G connection was working. Traced the problem through many steps to find the trouble was with APN settings. Stuck to the problem for quite awhile with clear instructions until the problem was solved
