Nothing arrived. Never shopping here again.

Ordered on line received nothing after 16 days. The courier said delivered on day 14 but updated the delivery on the 16th day delivered? Was super excited to receive my order but it didn't arrive. Not sure if it was the courier or the company but nobody at either place would help after numerous emails. Never buying from here again!

I will never shop here again! customer service is awful. I visited this place two days in a row. both times I wasn't offered any assistance nor greeted. Today was there and the same thing. The difference today; I asked for assistance from an employee who just finished with a previous customer. I was advised she was at the cashier desk to help customers. the five minutes I saw walk up to another customer and associate talking. I hate pulling the race card, so I won't. When i got to the counter to ask the cashier who the person was, she replied "an employee" I stated I knew that, and I wanted to know who she was. She lied and said someone who stocks. This woman literally assisted other customer.

Ulta essentially stole my points and gift card

Ordered online using $17 of reward points I earned and a $25 gift card. The order would not go through.After trying numerous times to re enter all my info, it took my points and my gift card and never processed the order! Keeps saying my gift card balance is zero! Unbelievable. Reached out to customer service 3 times and getting nowhere. I want my gift card and points returned.

I had blowout appointment and Kelby at…

I had blowout appointment and Kelby at desert ridge was assigned to me. I carved out time on my busy day and he rinsed hair and started using the blower. Half way through it, out of curiosity I asked that does blowout include wash? He said it does and he is sorry that he thought since my scalp was clean, i did nit need one. I honestly became restless after that. I had walked 5 miles in morning and could see my hair was oily and I left disappointed. Since I don’t go to Salon often, i did not ask earlier. He was willing to wash for me but I did not have enough time. They charged me 24$ as discount. The sad part is I wish it was handled correctly.

Ulta showed no understanding for life circumstances

I’m extremely disappointed with Ulta’s lack empathy and understanding regarding their return and exchange policy. My family purchased an expensive product for me as a birthday gift, but because it was a gift, I didn’t receive it until weeks later — already near the end of the 30-day return window. Shortly after, I faced a family emergency that required unexpected travel and delayed me from addressing the return in time. Now, just two weeks past the exchange window, Ulta has refused to allow even an exchange or offer store credit for a brand new item. I reached out to customer service explaining the situation, hoping for some understanding, but was met with no flexibility or compassion. Instead of being able to return an unwanted gift, my family — who could really use the money right now — is left with a wasted purchase. It’s incredibly disappointing that a company of this size can’t show basic empathy for genuine, unforeseen circumstances.

Changed their return policy to 30 days…

Changed their return policy to 30 days & wouldn’t even do a store credit. I won’t be going back to ulta. I’ll just shop at target which has a 90 day policy.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Ulta

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Ulta. I returned everything to them, they messed up the return, and refused to do anything to make it right. I am now out over $200. It also took MONTHS for them to just tell me they won't do the right thing. I essentially was stolen from. Don't work with this company they cannot be trusted.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed an order for same day delivery at 9:03 am. Once the order was confirmed I noticed the delivery time was much later in the day than I expected (between 5-7pm) I contacted customer service immediately (within 5 minutes) and was told the order was already on it's way and I couldn't make any changes. CLEARLY there is no way that was truthful I asked not to cancel but update it to instore pick up. Was told no. I asked to cancel it and I would re-order and I was told no. I was told my only option was to let the order go through (pay the delivery fee) and then return it in the store. SO I had to go and pick up my order, get my delivery then go back and return for $6.95 fee, plus $5 delivery tip? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I will NEVER order from Ulta Beauty again. I've never placed an order online that I couldn't cancel within 10 minutes.

Bogus bonus

I purchased online and was promised a special gift as part of a promotion if you spent a lot. What they sent was a few small, useless items that would have been disappointing as freebies. When I inquired about this, customer service gave me total brush off. I was tricked, they could not care less. Buy from Sephora or another more reliable source that actually cares about its customers.

Don’t ever go to Ulta

Ultas customer service is rude and will accuse you of lying about everything you have to say regardless of pictures and dates and times that you have. If you want to talk to a staff that is unprofessional in the way they speak to you and completely disrespectful when you point that out to them, then this company is who you want to talk to. I work in customer service and no matter how many rude customers I may come across, that doesn’t impact my ability to treat the next customer like a person. Especially if that person is calling because of something that was the company’s fault. I don’t even care that they don’t do anything to even apologize like a kind word like or anything, they just jump straight into “You’re lying and I’m done with this conversation, figure it out” so if you have an issue with the way they do things or even just how you’re spoken to, they don’t care. If you have an issue with the product or how it was applied, they don’t care. I had a horrible skin reaction only in the area where they tested a product on me and took pictures over the past couple weeks of it only getting worse and was told I was lying about everything. Please don’t go there if you value your skins health because they don’t care.

I am very disappointed with customer…

I am very disappointed with customer service. I have just received my package in the mail two days ago and just opened it today. I realize that I have damaged items and I am a gold star member there. I am always there getting my make up and if I don’t have time I will order online but as I was talking to customer service, not understanding a word she was trying to tell me but figured it out. They were only willing to reimburse me five dollars until I complained about their five dollar reimbursement they up to $10 and to re-order the damage packages to be sent to my home. This company is a huge company. I think they could have sent me $20 certificate for the inconvenience and added points to my app but it was too much to ask for a huge company that is always getting money for their outrageous price make up cosmetics. I hope this helps the next person That is reading my review to know what the hell is going on. This place robs us of our money that we can barely spend on make up raising their prices and for me to ask very little from this huge company and to deny me, it’s just very upsetting and now I have to wait eight days for my package and my measly $10 certificate. Please help me make sense of this because this is insane and unbelievable. Ulta needs to up their game on customer service. Happy Easter 2025.
