Don’t ever go to Ulta

Ultas customer service is rude and will accuse you of lying about everything you have to say regardless of pictures and dates and times that you have. If you want to talk to a staff that is unprofessional in the way they speak to you and completely disrespectful when you point that out to them, then this company is who you want to talk to. I work in customer service and no matter how many rude customers I may come across, that doesn’t impact my ability to treat the next customer like a person. Especially if that person is calling because of something that was the company’s fault. I don’t even care that they don’t do anything to even apologize like a kind word like or anything, they just jump straight into “You’re lying and I’m done with this conversation, figure it out” so if you have an issue with the way they do things or even just how you’re spoken to, they don’t care. If you have an issue with the product or how it was applied, they don’t care. I had a horrible skin reaction only in the area where they tested a product on me and took pictures over the past couple weeks of it only getting worse and was told I was lying about everything. Please don’t go there if you value your skins health because they don’t care.
