Nothing arrived. Never shopping here again.

Ordered on line received nothing after 16 days. The courier said delivered on day 14 but updated the delivery on the 16th day delivered? Was super excited to receive my order but it didn't arrive. Not sure if it was the courier or the company but nobody at either place would help after numerous emails. Never buying from here again!

I will never shop here again! customer service is awful. I visited this place two days in a row. both times I wasn't offered any assistance nor greeted. Today was there and the same thing. The difference today; I asked for assistance from an employee who just finished with a previous customer. I was advised she was at the cashier desk to help customers. the five minutes I saw walk up to another customer and associate talking. I hate pulling the race card, so I won't. When i got to the counter to ask the cashier who the person was, she replied "an employee" I stated I knew that, and I wanted to know who she was. She lied and said someone who stocks. This woman literally assisted other customer.

Ulta essentially stole my points and gift card

Ordered online using $17 of reward points I earned and a $25 gift card. The order would not go through.After trying numerous times to re enter all my info, it took my points and my gift card and never processed the order! Keeps saying my gift card balance is zero! Unbelievable. Reached out to customer service 3 times and getting nowhere. I want my gift card and points returned.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Box arrived broken with multiple cosmetics missing. Ulta said they would replace the missing items but in their correspondence, they left off the higher priced item. I pointed out there were 3 items missing, not 2. Over and over again, they would not recognize the higher priced item. It took multiple phone calls, emails, and chats to finally get recognized.

DO NOT BUY OR USE YOUR GIFT CARDS AT ULTA

I went to ultra and spent over 250.00 I had 2 one hundred dollar gift cards and I used the rest on an Ulta charge card...when I got my statement the next month. The girl never used one of my gift cards and I had well over $150.00 charges on it...when I should have had only $59.00 of charges...so I called Card Services of Ulta and it took them weeks to do absolutely nothing for me and told I was wrong I only had 1 gift card...I know damn well I had 2 gift cards and I have it to the counter girl...I guess she must have dropped it on the floor or keep it for her self, which I hour that wasn't the case...but they did absolutely nothing for me...this is the Ulta store in the Cranberry Twp PA 16066 mall..I would be very leary if you intend to use gift cards there...I will not be going to Ulta again...Serphora's have just as much products..

Worst ordering experience of all my years of buying online

The website refused to take my credit card until I decided to get a gift card from somewhere else and use it there... I spent $23 and had a $25 gift card... So I used the gift card but it still wouldn't check out without a credit card... Even though it wouldn't use the credit card for the actual payment method in the first place... The order isn't here yet and I've discovered that they canceled two of the items that I ordered without telling me. I wouldn't have gotten the order if I had known they would not be shipped... They used my gift card and then they charged me $20 extra on my credit card... So in essence I'm paying $50 for $23 worth of items, including shipping. I sent them an email, and they go back to me by asking me what my phone number is. My phone doesn't work where I live because there's no service. Please give me a refund. I'm never shopping there again. It's too much trouble and you never know if you're going to actually get your items anyway. With the exchange rate I have spent about $60 on nothing...

I litterally got the best prices on good quality products and when I applied for the credit card I got the little set of skin care set that came with so much had to be worth 100$ minimum. I was like wow lol

I stop ordering from them in October…

I stop ordering from them in October 2024 since I had issues with missing items and only thing they said was the weight was correct whrn it wasn't .I had to call ALOT and go to a store to get it fixed. So, May 2025 I decided to order again so far everything was fine. Then I spent more to get a 4 piece gift and guess what only one part came. And the same BS over weight was their response. I don't know what else to do I spend $70 and got one out 4 piece gift. I should of left them alone. I really thought things got better. They gave great stuff but, the customer service is horrible.

I recently had my hair colored and blown out by Judy at the Port St. Lucie location. It is a brand new Ulta located at Port St.Lucie West blvd. I had a terrific experience with Judy. She was very professional when she greeted me and asked me exactly what I needed and what I was looking to achieve. My hair came out beautifully. False Advertising

False Advertising! Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B-Complex 120 capsules. Website stated120 capsules, when in fact it was only 60 capsules. I contacted Ulta customer service to rectify. 1st time, they said someone would return my call within 48 hrs. No one called. 2nd time, they said a supervisor would call back same day. No one called. 3rd time, they stated they could not do anything about it. They would not refund or send appropriate product. Poor customer service and false advertising on website. They have since changed the quantity on the website, but didn’t not rectify with me.
