Ordered on line received nothing after 16 days. The courier said delivered on day 14 but updated the delivery on the 16th day delivered? Was super excited to receive my order but it didn't arrive. Not sure if it was the courier or the company but nobody at either place would help after numerous emails. Never buying from here again!
I will never shop here again! customer service is awful. I visited this place two days in a row. both times I wasn't offered any assistance nor greeted. Today was there and the same thing. The difference today; I asked for assistance from an employee who just finished with a previous customer. I was advised she was at the cashier desk to help customers. the five minutes I saw walk up to another customer and associate talking. I hate pulling the race card, so I won't. When i got to the counter to ask the cashier who the person was, she replied "an employee" I stated I knew that, and I wanted to know who she was. She lied and said someone who stocks. This woman literally assisted other customer.
Ordered online using $17 of reward points I earned and a $25 gift card. The order would not go through.After trying numerous times to re enter all my info, it took my points and my gift card and never processed the order! Keeps saying my gift card balance is zero! Unbelievable. Reached out to customer service 3 times and getting nowhere. I want my gift card and points returned.
Went to Ulta beauty to get my makeup done for a night out at a cash bash with friends. Got there 20 minutes early with my emotional support dog and waited till my appointment. At 2:00 they came and got me. They told me the lady was scared of dogs. They would not let me take her home and come back. I love 5 minutes away. So they cancelled my appointment and the night person called off. So I got screwed twice. I told them and corp I would not ever come back on the store.

I was maybe 20 minutes in the store and nobody came to help me, some were busy building rack displays or some were talking.
I was looking for a lipstick and so many brands and models were missing (out of stock).
Arlette, the store manager in the Marina del Rey, CA, was extremely helpful and courteous to me. She guided me to the right products and did not try to upsell me. The store was clean, well-stocked and there was plenty of light. The experience definitely made me want to shop there again.
As a member with a credit card I went to make a purchase over 35 the shipping is free the moment I add my 3.50$ coupon off 15$ as a member and use my points now I have to pay shipping and I’m also using my credit card. If I use no discounts I get free shipping . I also got a code that I couldn’t use. ULTA COUNT YOUR DAYS BECAUSE AS SOON AS IM READY TO TAKE THAT CREDIT HIT — IM NEVER GOING BACK ROBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS. Also yall keep removing items that I buy eventually none of my favs will be at Ulta . Time to start making my own skincare then to deal with this….. even with a credit card your not getting the best deals as a member
I placed an order on February 10th, but UPS reported a sortation delay, and my package never arrived. After waiting 3-4 days, I contacted UPS, who confirmed the package was lost and advised me to reach out to Ulta for an investigation.
1st Contact: A representative assured me they would reship my order and provide a return label if the original arrived. However, they later informed me it couldn’t be shipped immediately, and I needed to wait two more days—which I did.
2nd Contact: After UPS confirmed the package as lost (though they couldn’t mark it officially), I reached out to Ulta again with proof. They told me to wait another day before action could be taken.
3rd Contact: I waited as instructed, only to be told to wait two more days because it hadn’t been 8 business days yet. Despite clear confirmation from UPS, Ulta refused to acknowledge the loss and kept repeating scripted responses.
This frustrating experience felt like talking to robots. I’m never ordering from Ulta again.
