I am very disappointed with customer service. I have just received my package in the mail two days ago and just opened it today. I realize that I have damaged items and I am a gold star member there. I am always there getting my make up and if I don’t have time I will order online but as I was talking to customer service, not understanding a word she was trying to tell me but figured it out. They were only willing to reimburse me five dollars until I complained about their five dollar reimbursement they up to $10 and to re-order the damage packages to be sent to my home. This company is a huge company. I think they could have sent me $20 certificate for the inconvenience and added points to my app but it was too much to ask for a huge company that is always getting money for their outrageous price make up cosmetics. I hope this helps the next person That is reading my review to know what the hell is going on. This place robs us of our money that we can barely spend on make up raising their prices and for me to ask very little from this huge company and to deny me, it’s just very upsetting and now I have to wait eight days for my package and my measly $10 certificate. Please help me make sense of this because this is insane and unbelievable. Ulta needs to up their game on customer service. Happy Easter 2025.
