Run from this company! No refunds when the fires near South Lake Tahoe have shut everything else down. Wedding venue cancelled the event! Hotels shut down! Air quality poor. Still no cancellation. Those in our group who scheduled through AirBnb were refunded with NO PROBLEM! Don’t use this service. I saw your reply about investing in the insurance. I stand by my review seeing that other companies such as Airbnb WAIVED their cancellation policies and did the right thing for their customers in these extenuating circumstances. That’s the difference between the companies that people should know.

Have used turnkey vacation rental for years and they have never failed me!!! Not even during Covid!!!

If you are seeing this and thinking of using Turn Key, RUN. I cannot stress enough how much of a scam this company is. There employees are rude, Shaquanta specifically was a real treat. They change your reservations, tell you their team is “working on it”, and cancel and withhold your money. Absolute scam of a company

Very easy to book, very friendly staff.

With an unexpected wildfire, hazardous air quality, and city banning any non residents for re entry this company was unwilling to work with transfer of location. The non-refundable policy was clear but this company manages many other properties and refused to be understanding and transfer rental to new safe location or provide a voucher for a later stay at same property. This company does not care about the clients vacation stay and quality only how they can pocket your money. We have stayed with many other companies that even with without travel insurance would transfer or provide a voucher in such a situation.

The unit on the interior was very pleasing, beds comfortable. Certainly, we would’ve preferred a king bed in each room rather than the queens that were there, but we did know that going in. The one bath worked out okay, and once again, we rented it knowing that it wasn’t ideal for our needs. We had grandchildren who came in on the weekend, so the extra bath would’ve been preferable, and we may not rent this in the future b/c of that . For one couple, Or a couple with a young child or two,it was ideal. We didn’t realize how tight the area going into the unit would be, asphalt and cars, and that wasn’t great. I need greenery! The unit could’ve felt a little cleaner. The very nice travertine tile in the kitchen, foyer, and bath, were not clean enough. Otherwise, a really nice unit.

Turnkey took the final payment of $2620 out of my account and then said the charge was declined, even though the $ was taken out of my account. They said the card declined due to the address not matching. I specifically changed my address on my credit cards so they wouldn’t have any issues, but they still kept the old address on file, which is what they told me to change. I called regarding this issue and they said I must pay within 3 hours, even though they had already dinged my account. I had to come up with an additional $2620 right then. Turnkey wasn’t willing to hold my reservation until the first payment that was debited was returned to my account, even though this was an issue on their end. I will NEVER use turnkey again based on this experience. They weren’t willing to work with me even though it was their issue. Had I not already paid $750 in non refundable fees, I would’ve canceled my reservation. Horrible experience.

Overall great rental-LOVE the layout of this house! A couple of things need deep clean or replacement but all others excellent. Supplies were fine compared to other past reviews BUT we did run out of trash bags very early in our 5 nights. Also the fan in twin room doesn't go beyond low so that was not good for us as adults used it in our party. I'm sure for kids it would not be a problem at all :) Quiet area but everything you need within 15-20 min!

This was a very clean unit with everything and more listed in the description. The communication was on point. Walking distance to Space Needle, Pike's Place, Aquarium, and downtown. Perfect place to enjoy Seattle a day or two before or after a cruise.

TurnKey Vacation Rental management and staff were professional and helpful. They were quick to reply back to questions or concerns of the property. I appreciate the easy check in and check out process. I would definitely recommend and will be planning another trip soon.

Horrible customer service - horrible house cleaning ! No one gets back to you from TK .. Regional managers are out to lunch and never replied - the house we rented through TK in San Clemente is a beautiful house - but was filthy - turnkey did nothing to remedy the what they left behind - we had to hire an independent maid- buy a mop - which they promised to deliver - they never did ! They promised to refund cleaning fee , because we had to scrub the toilets, mop the floors , and disinfect the entire house !!! COVID cleaning at this home ? absolutely not ! Great place if you bring your our cleaning supllies ! Turn Key - you suck !

The process of checking in and out was excellent. If I had questions it was a simple text message and I received a response within a few minutes. The condo was perfect! The view was better than we expected. I would definitely book this same condo thru Turnkey again! No issues... Thank you!!

This was our second time visiting Acadia. We stayed in this house for 2 weeks. It was more spacious than expected, but not comfortable for our young family. The furniture is not suitable for babies or toddlers and I was constantly pulling our 1 year old off of the dangerous, rusted repurposed furniture. The furniture was interesting, but the swinging metal baskets on the side tables and metal hooks on the kitchen table were tough with kids. In addition, the house was dirty when we arrived. The agency was very responsive and we appreciate that they quickly sent over someone to clean the floors, however, the floors were still a mess after the cleaner stopped by. We bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the floors ourselves, finding someone else’s socks, old dog toys, lots of hair and balls of dust. The house is an easy walk from some great restaurants and shops.

Spider webs and musty upon arrival but overall clean. Teen room great for kids. Deck needs refinishing. Location is good, close to everything. Overall good place.

Vacation rental booked through turnkey was BURNED DOWN by caldor/south lake tahoe wild fires and turnkey refuses to refund deposit. DO NOT book with them. you have been warned

The reservation process was so easy and our family is so excited for our upcoming visit.

Kept us informed throughout entire process. We had to end up canceling our reservation the day before our stay. Luckily we had trip insurance.

Turnkey just canceled my reservation in February for three weeks. They just said it was unavailable. I had to sign in blood that if I canceled I would lose the Entire cost of the rental, they cancel with no explanation as to why. In the contract it said if they cancel they would find us a reasonable substitution. Which they will not do because they say they do not have anything for us. Then to add insult to injury they will give us a 10% off for a future rental. That barely pays for the taxes. I would rent at your own risk of possibly having your plans disrupted. This is totally unacceptable and I am sure it’s all about MONEY.
