Great experience. No problems and the property was great and as advertised.
If I could give a negative number - I WOULD! I paid over $3200 for a weekend stay. The property did not sleep the number of people stated for the property. The home was FILTHY. Evidence of MICE. Wasp nest on the Patio. Rotten spots on the patio decking. Turnkey works thru text messages and never returns calls. 20 days later still no response from Turnkey.
Very disappointed to have our deposit and contract accepted and then learn weeks later that our contract was cancelled. Out of the blue. We are concerned that the management company continued soliciting offers on other platforms (at a higher rate) and dumped us when they got a better deal. Won't use this company again.
Our group consists of 12 gals ranging from ages from 30 to almost 70. We arrived in Nashville on 9/16/21 at 5 pm. Ahead of our arrival we had booked a shuttle for a round trip from the airport to our condo. Best thing we ever did. Would highly recommend if you have a group as we did of 12 people. We were impressed with the condo. It was clean and any minor issues you find are quickly addressed with a call or an email to the TurnKey reps. We loved the topside deck and spent a lot of time there. Beautiful sunsets. The outside umbrella was broken so when it was raining/misting out (as it did most of our stay) we had to go inside or else we could have still been outside. Also there was only one hairdryer, and we had assumed there would be one in each bathroom, so it was an inconvenience but not an issue. You might want to pack an extra or ask if they have provided more. There is a lot of steps so take that into consideration when booking. We thought of it as necessary exercise. I would give it a 4.8 because of the umbrella but we had a great stay and would highly recommend. It’s a quiet place and within walking distance of eats and drinks in the Gulch. We would definitely book again.

I am so disappointed I had to change my plans. I'll definitely rebook in the future. I was able to update my payment method from a text conversation. The response was very quick and professional. Unfortunately, life changes so fast these days. Nashville is still a vacation destination for me and I'll definitely book through Turnkey.

It was an easy booking and cheaper than other the other sites- the confirmation phone call was easy and appreciated - they made sure you know the house rules and answered any questions - all in all good experience so far 😊

TurnKey did an excellent job of communicating the information I needed from the time we booked. There were many small things like the electronic notepad in the unit with important information. I can say that they were the best property management company that I have ever dealt with in the past decade of rentals that I have had.
Loved it. If you love the beach if you love relaxing to Ocean breezes and the sound of the crashing waves this is the place for you it is absolutely beautiful. Be mindful that there are three floors so anyone with trouble climbing stairs this is not your rental.
Stayed in Corpus Christi. The unit was well appointed and had everything…except a working TV in the Main Living Room. We reported first day but they could not fix during our week there. They offered no compensatory ideas. So hope your trip goes well and you do not need to watch TV!
TurnKey was very communicative and made the check-in & check-out process easy. I didn't have any problems so never needed to contact them for any extra reason but the standard communication leading up to my stay was great.
Our stay was fabulous! The house is in the perfect location and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us that stayed.
Great location with easy access to everything. Pretty much walked everywhere and was the most relaxing vacation in decades!!! Great sunsets, clean white sand beaches and warm waters!!! House overall well set up and comfortable for the 5 of us. Back Decks are fantastic views rain or shine!
When our original rental had a burst hot water heater at the last minute they immediately helped us find a different house. I was very pleased with their prompt help in doing this.
