Easy experience, would be using Turnkey Vacation Rentals again.

I absolutely love the ease of everything from the booking to payment to arriving with all the info I need without ever having to speak to anyone. The best part is being able to go straight to the property without having to go thru a check-in process. This was my second time to stay in a Turnkey property and both times everything was smooth as silk.

Worst experience ever.....so far I have been charged the deposit 3 times, had my reservation canceled due to "no charges available". and spent 1 hour on the phone with someone from another country who had no idea what was going on and could not have any conversation so solve problem... trying to get reservation reinstated. So FAR I couldn't imagine a worst experience!!!

Reliable management service. Always know what to expect, every thing top notch.

Super efficient booking process. The cost is less by a significant amount compared to AirBnB and VRBO. I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever, second year renting from Turnkey. First year we didn’t have wifi the entire week we were in Destin. Second year, this past summer I reached out after getting home and finding clothes missing that I left an entire dresser in our master bedroom full of clothes and swimsuits bc I was trying to clean the home and make the job easier for the cleaning crew. Reached out to Turnkey as soon as I realized, no one rented the home after us. I called Turnkey several times and only received a very rude text message one week later saying that if my belongings were found they would be mailed to me. The person was so incredibly rude and to this day I have called a few more times and they never reached back out, I told them it’s not like it was one pair of underwear or something simple, it was a bunch of clothes. I will never rent from them again, word of mouth goes very far and I will never refer anyone to Turnkey again.

We had scheduled an anniversary trip for my husband and I for the last weekend of September/first weekend of October. My mother suddenly fell ill with Covid Pneumonia and was placed on a ventilator. We tried to explain this to the company and were told basically we have no option other than lose our money. We asked to move the vacation days and they said only within 30 days of the rental- which were all booked already. So now we are out $600 because of an unforeseen SERIOUS medical issue. Nice customer service *SARCASM* we didn’t even ask for a refund. Just to postpone our trip. We will not be doing business here again and will tell everyone else we know not to either.

I am a frequent traveler and use Airbnbs quite often, 7/10 trips. This was one of the most well appointed/equipped properties I've ever stayed in. I was doubly impressed that we didn't run out of supplies which have been the case at many Airbnbs. All in all, it was a wonderful property through and though.

This is a follow-up review. After considering our circumstances further (cancer treatments and Covid issues), TurnKey decided to give us credit for another rental before November 2022. I appreciate the credit which we will definitely take advantage of next summer.

Great place, everything as advertised. The only odd thing was that there were many paint patches that we're darker than others. Didn't affect our stay at all just odd.

I like booking with you guys it's an easy process to go thru but the only that gets me upset is you guys have canceled my reservation twice , and then I have to restart again to search for something good for my family and I .

I called to book my trip and they was so helpful with my booking and getting what I needed for my family and it was a blessing thanks for everything 😊

Raul from Turnkey Vacation Rentals was amazing! He was able to answer all my questions and helped make the booking very easy. Raul is a valuable employee who is prideful of his work. All Turnkey agents should be as professional.

TurnKey is a god awful organization. Refused to provide refunds during covid and then refused to allow a change to a re-booked trip. The management team and leadership should be ashamed. Avoid having to do business with this company at all cost.

So far so good.

Outstanding property. Home was well stocked and furniture was well above average. The team was very responsive to any question we had. We were offered early check in and late checkout. Plus we were offered an extra day at a 50% discount. We were surprised to receive texts with storm warnings. The home had an automatic generator so we didn’t worry about power outages. Overall it was a wonderful week in the mountains.

Great vacation experience. All about location and housing. From the balcony you can watch the boats leaving and returning. The pool is great for the kids and the beach is literally outside your door. Plenty of room for a family of 12 and a kitchen big enough and well equipped to fix their food. The elevator made moving in and out a snap. Everything about this house points to a great vacation.

Great spot, easy check-in, etc. The only downside was no early check-in and no late check-out, both of which would've helped improve the stay. Still, overall very positive.
