Beautiful home with fantastic living spaces and convenient to everything (Canyon Road, the Plaza, etc). This is a new home with high end finishes, including a chef’s kitchen with wine cooler and Wolf oven, large bedrooms with two, comfortable king beds, and a huge laundry room. However, because it is new, they are still ‘dialing in’ some of the amenities. Things like tissues, more than one bath towel per guest, and other amenities beyond the basics are missing. In addition, the second (guest) bedroom, is next to the main road (Alameda) and road noise is noticeable. For that reason we would rate a 4 versus a 5 from a value standpoint.

Timely and valuable communication from the first booking through the entire stay. I had a problem accessing WiFi and one call resolved the issue. Highly recommend TurnKey Vacation Rentals.

Paid for 2nd half of a reservation made for a convention that became a Covid casualty. Made the reservation two years ago and my credit card had expired. 5 minute phone call and everybody is happy to head to Nashville, finally!

The property was lovely and exactly as portrayed in listing. Bedding super comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. Loved the porch.

We had a very smooth rental process with Turnkey. Everything was emailed and texted to me 24hours prior to check in and all my questions were answered in a very timely manner. I even had a dedicated number I could text during my stay to address any concerns. The property was clean and amazing and we will definitely rent again!

Thanks for great customer service! A few things need attention on the trailer:Gray water indicator light always reads full when empty. Trailer is in good condition overall.

Booking process was very easy and pleasant!

When we arrived there was an issue with the unit. Turnkey responded immediately and couldn’t have been more professional. Everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. We thank you!

My reservation I made for the holidays was canceled without warning. The only explanation given was it is no longer available. This is unacceptable! People make their travel arrangements etc. after booking a home. Canceling on a repeat customer is horrible customer service.

Turnkey has been the best customer service i have encountered in a long time. They have kept me up on anything I need to know about the condo and have answered any question I've had. I highly recommend them.

We needed to cancel our trip due to the pandemic and I was not able to get my deposit back. It seems like under the circumstances you could have refunded my money.
