TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Conflicting info on rental so I had to call customer service. Said 2 day minimum rental, fine print said 31 days.

Great opportunity for a get-a-way! My issue was trying to verify I am who I say I am or my identity. The rep finally worked thru with me but took some time.

Our vacation stay is forthcoming next month, however, Turnkey's customer service thus far has been outstanding. Hopefully our upcoming vacation rental and the resort meets the same standards the Turnkey customer service team upholds.

DO NOT BOOK WITH TURNKEY!! I am not one to leave negative reviews but this situation is so egregious. Back in Feb / March, we used TurnKey to book a large house for 15 people in October for my bachelorette party. Now a little less than three weeks out, the hosts cancelled our reservation without any explanation or warning. Turnkey has done absolutely NOTHING to resolve the issue. They said if we booked a new house thru them that they would cover the difference except because we’re less than three weeks out they have no comparable inventory available. We have resorted to booking another house with a different app that will cost us upwards of $3,000 more and Turnkey will not take any accountability for their flaky hosts. How come we weren’t allowed to cancel after a certain date but our hosts were? COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand that stuff happens but where Turnkey messed up is their complete unwillingness to right this wrong. They offered us a 10% discount on our next booking with them instead - what an absolute joke. Please take your business elsewhere as this business clearly has no regard for their customers. So upsetting. EDIT: I see that Turn Key responded to my review. For others, please know that it was completely performative. Since they responded, we haven’t heard a single word from them. They still have done nothing to correct this wrong and clearly only care about presenting a facade of good customer service rather than actually providing it. Absolutely cringey and a poor business practice.

This was my first experience with TurnKey, and it went very well. The apt/condo was crisp and clean with good amenities and a great location near downtown Seattle. A "greeter" met us and showed us the condo and around the building which had lots to offer that we didn't have time to take advantage of, but everything was in very good shape. Afterwards, one of the TurnKey staff went "above and beyond" in helping me with the retrieval of a laptop I'd left inadvertently. Very impressed!

TurnKey Vacation Rentals makes it easy to book our vacation rentals. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The information provided sets us up for a successful stay, knowing what to expect when we arrive. We highly recommend TurnKey for all vacation bookings!

Turnkey knows how to manage real estate. They are remarkably proficient at every aspect of making guests and homeowners confident that their stay or ownership is well managed.

It states that early check in or out is available at time of booking but after confirming the contact. I was informed that the property i selected doesn’t have that option Also due to Covid concerns I asked if there is a day between rentals that house would be empty to allow for the proper cleaning. I was told that they cannot provide me with that information. Little misleading in my opinion

Great location for the place which was nicely equipped. Few small 'bugs' like various codes on some gadgets, but it was resolved by customer maintenance. We had a great time there.

Really just a nightmare to deal with. Really frustrating and slow; spent hours on the phone with their representative when trying to fix something about the booking.

I rented a place in Indian Wells and it was amazing. It was as beautiful as the photos. I was always able to text customer service if I had any questions.

We were very pleased with our rental. TurnKey was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. The location was as represented in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. There were plenty of bath towels, but only 5 washcloths for 6 people. We purchased more washcloths, but probably should have reported the shortage. I would use TurnKey for another vacation rental.
