Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience After a cancellation with Covid last year, I rebooked the same cabin because I couldn't apply the credit to another place. Booking one night less, three nights instead of four. I still had to come up with an extra $151.25. Right before the trip I was told we would have no use for the stove on our first day and that they would credit me a minimal amount. Well, they did give me the credit, but the stove did not work at all during our stay. So much waisted food and the money we spent to cook at the cabin! We had to go to restaurants for every meal. In addition all the mattresses were bad, a lot of back aches the next morning. There were holes in the towels! No coffee filters for the the coffee maker. Barely any soap for the showers. The view was the about the best part. We will never book through TurnKey again. Very bad management! Do the owners know about the substandards? Extremely disappointed.
