After being told all day pending with no answers and no prescription and a lost day I requested a refund! Save your money and go to urgent care .

For starters, you do have to leave the comfort of your own home and visit a lab. But you don't learn this until you've spent a substantial amount of time inputting info and waiting for the promised doctor who didn't call at the designated time. Instead, I got a hangup call from Starfish, a similar provider. When I called back, I was referred to my email, at which time I was finally notified about the necessary lab visit. Payment is upfront, however, and they try to sell you half a dozen other medications as you go through the steps. Lots of wasted time (including over an hour wait for the doctor, who didn't call) for nothing. I'm now awaiting a refund.

When I initially made the order for my prescription I made the mistake of having it mailed and it wouldn’t have come soon enough for me. I emailed right away and asked for a pick up prescription instead and the issue was immediately resolved! Quick, reliable service!

I personally had a great experience. I paid, filled out everything & had a prescription waiting for me 45 minutes later! The only negative is the price. I used this site since I don't have time for the doctors today, I typically don't have to pay out of pocket for appointments so $70 was a bit steep to me.

The set expectation is the clinician will contact you within 2 hours. Two follow up emails and what appeared to be 2 AI generated responses saying my request was being expedited at no charge and nearly 7 hours later I received a text from the pharmacy that my medication was ready. I never heard from a clinician. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to arrive at the pharmacy before they closed. The service is convenient, but they need to do better and deliver within their advertised turn around time.

I used this service because of the connivence . I have a toddler, I wasn’t feeling well and this site was able to prescribe the antibiotic that works best for me, kind of. On the site they make it seem like you’ll get a physicians decision within two hours of paying. They don’t say that some states you have to chat with the prescriber which by that time, my pharmacy would have been closed and my symptoms were getting worse. I needed relief. So I canceled this visit to go to urgent care. I don’t mind going to urgent care but this whole site is for connivance and it wasn’t. Now I’m still waiting on my refund which is ridiculous. I’m about to dispute this charge since it cleared. At least urgent care got me my antibiotics and nausea meds cheaper and quicker and they were able to find the exact bacteria causing it so I know my antibiotic will work. Never using this site again

This site is a complete scam! They misquoted the total price, I ended up paying over $200 for a simple UTI medication. And the product never arrived! And their customer support has gone AWOL. Do not buy anything from this site.

Such a smooth and easy experience! I’ve been plagued by UTI’s my entire adult life and I wish I knew about this service sooner! I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first but I signed up at night and by the next morning my prescription was ready. This is such a life saver and I will be a forever customer. I appreciate this service!

Site claims same day meds available, but my state requires telehealth. There are no virtual times available today. False claim if I can not receive a same day call.

I really need these medications so bad. Now, I'm sure I'll get well. AI is not perfect but this entire transaction required very little tweeking. I hope to see this service grow online and help many others the way it's helped me! Cyndi Dash

This was a horrible experience. Not only were they not able to help me with my UTI due to having diabetes, they did not put that anywhere upfront. They also did not let me know that the way that they do lab results take several days if you need the extra lab result instead of just the quiz, and they tell you to call their phone number which then tells you that they do not accept phone calls for customer service. Not only has this delayed me receiving care, but I also had to pay again to go to urgent care in person so that I could get treatment sooner.

I’m 47 and had not had a bladder infection since I was 21, but will never forget that feeling. I started to feel what seemed to be a bladder infection and hoped it wasn’t, but took cranberry and so on in hopes it would get better. Over the course of 3 days it was worse. I did not want to even go to the doctor and half to pee while waiting, as well as it was making me nauseous. I found this site. Wasn’t sure if it was legit, looked it up and reviews were good, but still skeptical, but in desperation to have relief, I went for it at 2am. By 9am when my pharmacy opened they sent me a text that my rx was ready. I have state insurance and it was all covered! So thank you, you saved me from misery of having to drive and sit in a doctor office or hospital. Lisa

I suspected a UTI on the weekend. After completing the intake it was decided not to full fill my order as I had a history of kidney stones (similar symptoms). They refunded my money and when I went to my pcp it was kidney stones.

I was hoping for a quick fix, unfortunately you do not see available times for the doctor to call until after you've paid. I had to wait 12 hours for a call, then the next day for a prescription because my pharmacy was closed by that point. My UTI came back a few days after I finished the course. I went to urgent care where the nurse explained that a UTI can be caused by a variety of bacteria so it's helpful to have the urine sample done so an antibiotic that targets the active culture you're dealing with is prescribed. I would say it's a $50 gamble, personally, not one I would take again.

Never use this service! They charge you more than most other online health services and then don't even give you enough medicine to treat you! I have chronic UTIs and their doctor gave me ciprofloxacin 250m for only 3 days!! I won't be better by then! They also tried to sell me about 10 other medications on checkout. This is a scam!

Their website says you get your medication in 1-2 hrs (for pickup). I answered the questions and paid. 45 mins later I got an email asking me to fill out another questionnaire. Then when I hit enter/submit or whatever it says, nothing happens. I did a chat. They tell me to email and they’ll answer pretty much right away. Nothing. Called and their message that comes in is all jumbled so you can’t understand it-almost how a bad connection sounds. I tried the questionnaire on Safari and it worked. Then I get an email that says they need to have a doctor call and I’m asked to set up a time. The earliest was in 4 hours! I woke up with a UTI and needed to leave for the airport at 11:15. So I know it was last minute but 1-2 hrs does not equal 4-5. They did refund me which is why I didn’t leave them a 1 star review.

I truly appreciated the service I got. Fast, efficient and very well designed. I just filled out the questionnaire and in no time the prescription order was sent to the pharmacy of my choice. I love the fact that they also took in consideration the possibility of getting a yeast infection, which is a common side effect of drugs used to treat a UTI and offer you the option of fluconazole, which is optional. Also, they suggest a probiotic to replace any imbalance in gut flora caused by taking antibiotics. In my opinion that's very commendable because doctors don't usually think about that part, you have to basically mention it to them. Its also very good that they recommend doing a test after treatment to ensure that you are treated properly and I absolutely love that its all optional. My overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are having a recurrent UTI. The price is reasonable. Saves you time, money and UTI gone.

The process was very easy to receive a prescription. Quick response time and I had my prescription at Costco within a couple hours. Worked great since I am away from my home town.
