Their information online and via email specifically says you can opt for delivery and it will be delivered next day. My prescription did not come for three days and they refused to refund it.

I paid for a consult this morning and did not hear back from this company in the 1-2 hours suggested. Upon trying to contact them via phone and chat I was sent to email a support email that never responded with next steps. I'm guessing this is a scam, so disappointing. I should have not given this service a try.

I am 77 yrs old and developed a UTI while being snowed in by the recent storm named Blair. I tried this service for the first time as I was worried not only about trying to drive to an immediate care center but also about sitting in a small crowded waiting room with patients who had upper respiratory infections and communicable diseases. I choose to have my meds mailed to me by the overnight service. I received the medications I needed quickly and am so grateful for this service. Will definitely use them again.

I placed my order and paid and filled out my questionnaire at noon on a Saturday. I chose the antibiotic I wanted and my pharmacy. I had an email within two hours with my prescription approval. An hour later I had a confirmation from my pharmacy that my prescription was ready. I did not have to call or video chat with anyone. I did not have to do any lab tests. I voluntarily took an over-the-counter test from the store, which is how I knew I had definitely had a UTI and not something else.

I completed the form, skipped all of the extras, and got a prescription sent to my pharmacy just as advertised. It was so easy and beats paying $75 to go to an urgent care. I can't see my regular doctor, even for a virtual visit, for over a week!

New Year’s Day, doctors are closed, this service was a lifesaver! I’m naturally skeptical so fully expected to not be impressed or worse, scammed, but I was desperate and in pain and was willing to take the risk. The process was fast and convenient, I had my prescription within 2 hours. The only negative remark I have is that the add on solicitations were a bit much, but some may find those helpful. I would use this service again!

treatmyuti website was great to me. I was able to pick the meds and location I want. I didn't speak to Dr. Which was fine to me. Everything was a 1-2 hr mark as posted.

This is a scam. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy that doesn’t exist. I was unable to get a hold of ANYONE FOR A WEEK. They do not answer the phone. If you get an email response, it doesn’t provide any helpful information. I asked for a refund because I was dead tired of tracking down this prescription and they were unable to because “the doctors already gave expert advice”….what a joke!! How can I receive expert advice if no one answers the phone, emails, or gives me my prescription? This was also much more expensive than going to a real doctor. Don’t bother wasting your time with this service. I got my prescription from a real doctor pre at a real clinic before these “doctors” even responded to me.

I was happy with this communication and it accomplished everything I needed plus more information I was never told before. The doctor I got was knowledgeable and kind. She called right on time. I will use this site again for sure!

While I have to give credit that my prescription was filled, it took hours of no communication and finally an email to customer service to locate the status. While reply was prompt, I received no direct confirmation of an order, only my PayPal receipt. I added additional services to the order, to which I had to also email regarding how to receive them. As a result, I do not suggest using this service, especially since lack of communication and delay can cause your condition to worsen. The promise of being "...the fastest, most convenient way to get the relief you need" is not an accurate description of their service.

This site is a joke, I did this and had to email the next day for a status and was emailed later that day they couldn't treat me and I needed to see a doctor and I would be REFUNDED. OK, fine. I made my appt with my dr and was treated. I waited another day for my refund, never happened, so I did a dispute with my bank. This company stated I was treated but couldn't provide results, NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!! Still disputing with my bank...

My experience was amazing due to customer service was the best I have experience in a while and Dr. K. Patel was very understanding, helpful, and friendly plus he made the process less stressful for me. This was awesome! This is Saturday and I am leaving on Sunday for a 14 day trip. My UTI decided to make a big presentation! I got online and found this company. It was so easy and let’s just talk about the convenience! My doctor isn’t open on Saturday so what is a girl to do!

Do not use these people they messed up twice in a row they send your script where they want after many mistakes the ‘expert’ sends the same script to multiple pharmacies the same day do you think any pharmacist is going to not question that and how do you expect the insurance to cover that it’s too soon then. The negligence here is beyond okay. Never once talking to any medical professional while the mistakes are discussed never allowed to even after I had major concerns. Zofran in numerous cities serious antibiotics in numerous cities never canceling any of them. If you don’t see the issues here then you don’t understand ethics

Noone helped me. I do not have a UTI just back pain. They will not cacel the order and reimburse my account. I got my funds back! Got my bank involved and this review helped. Thank you all!

Just tried it out today. Because this is much more affordable and convenient than going to urgent care in person. Booked and paid with my HSA card. called me in the scheduled time. Dr. was super friendly, informative, and straight to the point. They were able to send my prescription to the nearest pharmacy in my area. :)

I felt a UTI coming on so I first called my primary physician for a prescription and was told I'd have to come in for an appointment and have lab work done before a script could be written. At 75 I know when I have a simple UTI, plus there wasn't any way to fit in an appointment right away. So, I got online and found a number of telehealth sites and quickly found out being over 64 put me in an unacceptable age group. Then I found TreatMyUTI. It was a snap to complete and submit the intake form with my $49, and within 2 hours I got a phone call from their clinician who asked a few more questions...she was punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough. My prescription was immediately submitted to my local pharmacy; it wound up costing me only $11.00 with my insurance picking up the rest of the cost, although it wouldn't have been much more than that even without insurance by using GoodRX. I'm very grateful to have found these folks. The process was very quick and easy, the cost very reasonable, and the service was great.

Ripped off. This company Analyte going by Treatmyuti refuses to return $20 they charged my credit card for prescription for common UTI pain med which they never even had a Dr consultation about with me and now claim it wasn't to pay for the actual med just a fee they tacked on to get more $$$ from me.I had to pay pharmacy $29 as well so a $10 OTC UTI pain med cost me $49 instead. They also charged for lab fee which wasn't done so they refunded $29 only for that. MIsleading long questionaire and impersonal customer service responses. Im disputing remaining $20 they owe me on my credit card, so waste of money and time and creates more stress which does not help anyone heal. There are better more accountable, responsive, and affordable online medical service companies I've used before. Only email responses from Analyte, like talking to a robot. This kind of treatment is why health care in this country sucks. Its all about money. So for $20 they ripped me off and I would never use their service again and I'm sure they don't care, because robots don't have feelings lol. Beware.
