While traveling I came down with UTI symptoms. I followed the directions on the site and as advertised my request was evaluated by the MD within 2 hours. I appreciated not having to wait at a crowded urgent care setting for this uncomplicated but uncomfortable situation. When I incorrectly selected a pharmacy that was closed, a quick email was sent and MY error corrected. I highly recommend this service.

Quick easy service! Although I didn’t see the questionnaire, in small print, until several hours later. Nice to have the means to get the medication I need quickly, especially since my doctor’s office is closed on Fridays and things always seem to happen over the weekend!

Scam - they take your money. They will give you an inadequate RX that does not fully treat an adult UTI. They gave me a RX for Cipro which should have been 500 mg by mouth twice a day for 7-10 days. The MD with TreatMyUTI gave me ONLY 250 mg by mouth twice a day for 3 days. Do not waste your time or money with this website. They will do nothing to ADEQUATELY treat your UTI.

When you need treatment quickly, and on a weekend, you guys were a lifesaver. UTIs are painful and cause a lot of problems for normal daily life. Hi Dr. Patel, Thank you so much for your help last week. I feel so much better. I appreciate you giving me enough of the antibiotic to get rid of the bladder infection completely. I have experienced in the past reaccurance when I was not given a 7 day supply but a 5 day supply. The infection reaccured 4 days later. I feel like it's all good this time. Thank you again for being available. It was getting really pretty awful.

This is my first time using this service and I honestly didn't know what to expect. I am not able to take off work and my doctor couldn't see me for a few days. I needed an antibiotic now. My state only requires a form to be filled out with all my symptoms and a diagnosis was made quickly. I love out in the country and the nearest urgent care is 15 miles away. It is also flu/covid season and I didnt want to be waiting in a clinic for hours. I contacted an online medical service that my insurance recommended but they didnt treat uti's. I did a google search and found Treatmyuti. The process was was simple, fast and affordable. I called my pharmacy and the prescription was sent over. I would use this company again and highly recommend it.

This was an amazing experience. Simple, straightforward and successful. Within two hours of going on line and filling out the info, I had prescriptions in hand and began treatment.

I am not impressed. They gave me a prescription for an inadequate amount of medication and then refused to do anything further to make the situation right.
