I am 100% grateful for the service. It didn't take days, it only took about 2 hours. Great team. In my case, I sent the medication to a pharmacy and everything went very well. They give you clear instructions about the medication and I 100% recommend that people trust in the help and stop putting up with the symptoms and seek medical help. I'll be honest after reading some of the reviews I was sooo nervous! BUT I just got a call from my pharmacy that my rx is ready for pickup! It was really THAT easy. I did opt for the additional rx for nausea medication as I tend to get that side effect and I'm so glad this was an option. As a woman I'm so glad this is finally just this easy. We KNOW when we have a uti! I will def be using this service next time.

They take your money before they even send you a health questionnaire. You wait for that to come and I tried to take it but computer kept freezing . They would not give me a refund so out 49 dollars and time. I'll never use them again. Use callondoc. Cheaper and quicker.. I deleted this company..

Filled out the questionnaire and it goes in for review, then they sent back an e-mail with a code. Picked up the prescription. Done. Took less than 7 hours on a weekend. And if I had questions someone e-mailed me back quickly. But since this was my first time I was concerned about getting a prescription I didn’t know where the meds were coming from. But it was sent to my local pharmacy so all was good. Pharmacist explained how to take.

I was not the typical customer in some ways, but this company really worked with me through a series of emails until I was approved for treatment. What a great feeling to get the help I needed, when I needed it! Health care delivered with an old fashion level of care. Thank you.

Request initiated on Starfish.com. SO easy & SO quick! We had a little bit of a hiccup delay in receiving the med questionnaire once I selected my med & submitted the initial request. If that happens, you can go to the chatbox at the bottom right & they will provide the email to the support team who will make sure the med questionnaire is sent to you, very responsive! Once the questionnaire is submitted, Dr reviews within an hour or 2. By the time I received the email notification from the Dr, my meds were already pending in progress with the pharmacy I had provided!

So grateful for the service! Too many woman suffer too often from this common ailment. Treatment SHOULD be this easy and accessible. Thank you. I too, was worried about making payment either bc of this being a scam (too good to be true) or ‘failing’ questionnaire. Yet, I was desperate on an early Sat morning, after 2 days of what felt like a drowning of cranberry juice and water. It took less than 2 hours to receive my rxn. I will not wait so long next time.

Knew I had a UTI. Dr. wouldn’t prescribe meds and didn’t even ask follow up questions. Just looked at my answers from their generic survey and said no. I would have liked for them to at least ask some more questions before saying no and taking my money. Tried calling, live chat, and email, all worthless. I paid $70 for them to email me a questionnaire and then immediately turn me down. I am starting to doubt if a Dr even looked at my answers. Probably just a computer program that sees if you checked the correct boxes and decides yes or no. Waste of money!!

I was excited about getting a prescription without waiting in a long waiting room to see a nurse to pee in a cup and wait some more. I got the call, was told to go to check out my kidneys but I have a PhD and as a studied medical student, getting a prescription was the best way to begin treating an infection but the NP which took on a Dr. title refused to prescribe. Even if I made an appt it would be weeks out and otherwise it's the ER. I contacted again to get a prescription since I have my own diagnosis sticks ie. urinalysis strips. I was told she would have them refund the cost. I contacted her again via email replying to her email and she finally prescribed but, I was charged 4x! 4x? Try to speak to someome from their 1-800 numbers you won't be able to get in contact with anyone. I disputed the charges with my bank. And offering all the other meds that are already over the counter plus an abortion pill for a UTI is INSANE! There needs to be more preventative advice not just medications.

Most ladies know when they have a UTI, it’s so frustrating and unnecessary when we have to go into a doctors office or urgent care to get checked out. I was skeptical about using TreatMyUTI, but figured it was $49 and worth the convenience if it actually worked. It totally did!! I filled out the online form, paid the $49 and pressed purchase. I received an email to fill out further information and continued on with my normal morning routine. After my workout my prescription was ready for pickup!! How awesome is that?! I highly recommend using this website!

I had gone thru the steps to review my rx…then I looked at the reviews. Afterwards, I was really afraid that I had been scammed like some of these others described their experience. But thankfully, that was not the case. I am a real customer and can confirm the process was speedy. If you call the pharmacy you selected and they say they don’t have the rx, ask them to check again. That’s what happened in my case. One minute the order was there and the next minute it was. Thank you.

Never got my rx, they charged me twice. Called me from a scam likely number Wouldn't refund me, kept scheduling when I was not available, then didn't respond. Can't reach a live person by phone

After I did the questionaire and paid the fee, they said a doctor will call me the next day at a certain time. The doctor never called even 2 hours after the appointed time (they promise up to an hour after). Still don't have my prescription. This site is a scam! Should have gone to an urgent care or used a different service that does not do this "wait for a call" thing.

Typed in info on my lunch break, just to get a message that ooops our clinician needs to call you? Best practice may be if a client lives in a state that requires a phone or video consult, say that up front, before you have the credit card number. I was at work on my break! No call back time was given, just a 2 hour window. I waited over 3 hours with no call and had to put off needed treatment for another day. The whole point of online consultation is convenience. None here. Overpriced upsell on medication that I can now buy prescription strength OTC for less than half the cost. And pushing the abortion pill? Seriously? I went with GoodRX, got an instant call back and saved $10 off treatmyuti's price, and you should too. The only thing this company did that was really helpful was to cancel my order and refund my money.

I had a horrible experience with TreatMyUTI.com’s services. They charged me upfront for the consult and prescription ($89, you can find online UTI services that charge about half this) and then never actually provided me with either, though their website says they provide services in 1-2 hours. There was an issue because my sex assigned at birth doesn’t match what’s on my driver’s license, and though the website says they will UTIs for those with female anatomy, the team at TreatMyUTI.com stopped responding to my request for treatment when I sent an email clarifying that I was assigned female at birth. So know that this is not a transgender-friendly service. I ended up seeking service from another online provider (GoodRX) and had a hassle-free and less expensive experience there.

Took my money then would not approve a prescription unless I go have a UA done on Monday which defeats the purpose of using them on a weekend. Nothing on their website explains that this is a possibility. They gave me a code for a free UA to use when registering with the lab which doesn’t work! Will be going to my primary care doctor Monday. Just wasted 49.00!

They could be up front with customers! After taking my money they refused treatment without labs. I ended up at urgent care anyway and was treated promptly. If it sounds too good to be true, trust your gut! Never again!
