After booking tickets I had to call TWO times and one email to have my tickets. But still they havent send my tickets(22/07/2025) . I know how its look like a real tickets .They are misleading people.... See more

Booked my tickets with them last year. They were quick to inform us when our flight timings kept changing. However, had to cancel the return ticket for my parents so was told to email them with details 2 weeks in advance which I did. Got an email back to ask to confirm all the details which I did and was told that I would get some refund (not a lot, only £50) Was told the refund would take 3-5 weeks so I left it for a month and checked back but heard nothing. Then tried to call but couldn't get through. Then I promptly forgot about it until a few months later thinking the refund wouldn't have gone into my bank by now. Checked through my account but still nothing to emailed them again and asked for proof of funding. It's been months but not heard anything! I don't usually book via third party but thought I tried due to large number of positive reviews but this would be the first and last for me
I just talk with kent about to change my tickets. He was a very helpfull and polite person. I want to give 5 star to him. Thanks for excellent service.

I made a mistake in my booking with Travel Trolley. I phoned up to change my flights and Rehan, who dealt with my call l was so helpful! He managed to sort out flight changes for the dates I wanted and I couldn’t recommend him more. Thanks again!

Scam company. They took money for a flight to New York this morning, then called tonight to tell me it was a "promotional deal" that's no longer available. AVOID!
