I am regular customer of Travel Trolley, I never had surprises with Travel Trolley. They are very professional agents I have ever seen. The customer service representative Pranav ( who attended my call ) was clear in explaining the ticket fares and better options especially understanding the need of the travellers. Tickets booked in less than 10 mins and options provided to me apt and very much reasonable

I used this site for the first time. Booking was ok but a mistake occurred with my surname. Checked the rules of the site which said if changes were requested within 24 hours there was no charge. My booking was made just before 24:00 14/08/24 and due to customer being closed call first thing the next day by 9:30am only to be told I had to pay £80 to make the correction to my surname. NOEL was the person that dealt with me, very sure that’s not his really name! Before I could explain what had happened, he told me it was all my fault and I had to pay as 24 hours had gone - looks like NOEL needs to got back to school to know how to count. He also needs some training on customer service as I was already stressed with it all and all he kept saying he needed to finish for the day - this was due to having to wait for someone to contact me back regarding my query…. I’ve paid for the correction to be made but don’t think I’ll be using this service again…
