I've used Travel Trolley a number of times now for flight only. Never experienced any issues and e-ticket issued promptly. I had to make changes to an existing booking to extend the holiday. Muneet has been very helpful to make the changes promptly with issuing the new ticket also. Customer service is great and always answer calls efficiently.

Oliver from Travel Trolley has been extremely helpful and has given me excellent travel advice. His interpersonal skills are great. The customer service is good and friendly. Not a worry. I'm grateful to Travel Trolley. I look forward to confirming additional reservations quickly.

I just want to say if you can deal/speak to anyone within this company then Evan is the one. He has been so helpful, polite and professional through out my booking. There was a stupid error on my behalf when filling in details and thought it was going to cost me a cancellation and rebooking the ticket. Evan kept timely communication and everything has been sorted free of charge. Cannot thank him enough as these flights were for my amazing girlfriend whom I plan to propose to on this holiday, any added expense or problems with booking could have made this a problem. Will definitely use Trolley again but will always try to speak to Evan... and not RICHARD! Many thanks again

I have booked ticket first time with travel trolly. So far smooth experience, I have spoken to their advisor Oliver he is being very helpful and resolved my query regarding booking etc. also updated me changes regarding the flights.

Robin is a credit to Southall Travel. We asked about tickets to India and began discussing a deal we found online, Robin took this on board and found a much better deal within seconds. Would happily deal with Robin and Southall travel again. Harjinderpal Kaur
