I recently booked a trip through TravelTrolley, and I can confidently say that my experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with a travel service. From start to finish, their customer service was not just rude but downright dismissive. Whenever I needed assistance, it felt like I was bothering them. They barely took the time to listen to my concerns and often responded with condescending remarks. Moreover, I felt completely misled by their website. What was promised in my booking was not delivered. Hidden fees appeared out of nowhere, making what seemed like a great deal suddenly very expensive. When I inquired about these charges, their responses felt sneaky and evasive, as if they were trying to dodge my questions rather than provide clarity. To top it all off, I suspect fraudulent practices. After my trip, I noticed several discrepancies with my invoice, and repeated attempts to resolve these issues were met with silence and indifference. It’s disheartening to think that a company could take advantage of travelers in this way.
