Total Renewable Solutions Reviews

The team are very responsive and highly knowledgeable. Everyone we have dealt with at TRS are extremely helpful and friendly. Our installation went really well and the after-sales care has been great. We have an air source heat pump and solar panels and we are very pleased with both.

Total renewables have recently designed, supplied and installed our new development site with air source heating. Their service from the start through to the sign off was very efficient. Work was carried out within the timescales we required and they stayed within budget. Highly reccomend and we will be using them on all of our future projects.

Excellent service! Total Renewables have recently designed, supplied and installed our new air source heating system. From the initial meeting with Luke to the final commissioning by Adrian, everything went smoothly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the final results. After-sales service by Rob and the team has also been superb. I would highly recommend.

Right from the start, I was very impressed with all the staff at Total Renewables. Luke, Paul and Josh came across as very knowledgeable and there is nothing Tom in technical couldn’t answer. My bespoke designed 8.79KW Huawei PV system (with battery storage) was installed in late April 2023 has already out performed all the projected generation figures and has more than halved my (large) electric bill from what it was. The installation process was incredibly smooth and completed in just two days. Following the installation all the paperwork and relevant notifications were handled superbly and there was literally nothing for me to do. I can’t rate them high enough. An absolute credit to the renewable industry.

I have worked with Luke and his team from the start and watched them grow into a successful and well run company . From the start of each job we do for them they have one point of contact , which helps run the job smoothly and if there are any issues we work them out together . It also gives us access to the design team and engineers if we have a question , which is invaluable within the industry I’d recommend them to work for and to customers

I had a heat pump fitted by Total Renewable Solutions in December 2020. From the outset, I found them a very professional firm to deal with. My initial contact was with Ryan Peacock, who was and has continued to be very supportive. Initial requirements were discussed and adapted as needed so that we came up with the best possible design for my house. The workmen did a good job and were helpful and friendly, and they coped willingly and admirably with some unexpected complications to do with the removal of my oil tank. Detailed paperwork was supplied throughout, including all the relevant guarantees and certification, and a very helpful lady in the office gave advice on my RHI application. I have had a few faults with the system, mostly teething problems, and have been very impressed with Ryan’s prompt responses (Sundays included!), resulting in the faults being swiftly rectified. I consider ongoing support to be very important for an installation such as this, and so far, cannot fault TRS on this front. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend TRS.

Great service! Solar Panels fitted superbly! Only had one small technical issue which was sorted out by Dan in a flash! Would definitely recommend!! Many Thanks,

TRS are an excellent company to deal with. I’ve been using them to design all my ASHP and underfloor installation for 5 years now without any problems. My main point of call is Ryan, who is very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions. He has taken to hassle out of applying for MCS and BUS grants for all my customers. They only supply me with quality products that they trust.

As a heating engineer I have worked with Total Renewable Solutions for around 8 years now , they have given me countless projects to do for them and have been a great support and back up team through all these , a lovely team of people to work with , looking forward to future endeavours with this lovely local run company .

Good company, good service and responsive. Very happy with the system fitted and Total Renewables help to understand how it works. Would recommend them highly.

An Excellent Company who provided me with an excellent solution! Really helpful at all times throughout the installation and the after-care service. This is complex kit for me and Luke and his colleagues have been very supportive and made it all very easy

I have worked with Total Renewables for over 2 years now and I have a great relationship with the team and in particular my point of contact Ryan. Having worked with other local renewable suppliers, I can honestly say they are the best in the area for what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for future projects.

Easy to work with, efficient and competitive. They have installed several heat pumps for us and we are happy with the service

Great experience and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend total renewables as their products are top quality and they’re aftercare service has been great so far.

Everyone at Total Renewable is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing is competitive and the final installation is great. I can highly recommend them from personal experience!

I have just had my air source heat pump system annual service. I would like to add my thanks to Paul for the excellent and efficient work he did, and was a pleasure to deal with. He clearly knows his work and was able to clarify and help me fully understand the intricacies of the heat pump operation. Great value servicing, and easy and efficient booking.

Lazaro and the Total Renewable Solutions project support team have been excellent. They guided and supported throughout the whole of our successful BUS Application. They answered my many questions by phone and email. Their response time was rapid, and they were reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you

We went through quite a complicated renovation which took a lot longer than expected. Throughout the design, installation and commissioning Total were flexible and communicated well with us, the builder, the man who did our external insulation and render, the plumber, electrician and architect. We've learnt a lot working with these guys and we found them incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. The system works extremely well, we've a heat pump, new radiators, underfloor heating, panels, car charger and some clever apps which I'm still learning about!!

Great experience with TRS when they installed our ground source heat pump for barn conversion. They did all calculations and worked well with our builders to make sure pump and insulation work together. Worked well all last winter and we have a warm house.

Luke and the team at Total Renewables couldn’t have been more informative and helpful when it came to our decision to retrofit ground source heat pump and solar panel technology to our property. We are delighted to have reduced our reliance on fossil fuels and to have future proofed ourselves against rising energy costs whilst doing our small bit for the planet. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke and the team to any others contemplating a similar investment and we have been delighted with the way the heat pump and solar technology have been operating since installation.
