Item ready but surly youth who served me could do with some training

I ORDERED SOUDAL FIX AA986 0N 4 JULY FOR DELIVERY NEXT DAY DID NOT HAVE ANY IN STOCK I WAS NOT ABLE TO COLLECT IT UNTIL THE 8 JULY WENT TO COLLECT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED THEY HAD TO REORDER TODAY WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY.

YWW102998835 I recently fell victim to tool theft and urgently needed to replace my equipment, so I ordered a Makita drill and combi set along with microfibre towels from Toolstation. I stayed in all day waiting for the delivery, only to find that Parcel Force marked the parcel as delivered and signed for, but I never received it. The signature shown is not mine. When I contacted Toolstation, I was told it would take several days to investigate. I understand these things can take time, but given my situation – having just had my tools stolen and now being left without the replacements I paid for – I expected more urgency and support. This has been a really frustrating experience during an already stressful time. I’ve been left out of pocket, unable to work properly, and without any clear resolution. I’ve used Toolstation in the past and always had good service, but this has really shaken my confidence.

Easy to find and order what I wanted. It was ready for collection within 10 mins and I picked it up within the hour with no waiting at the counter. Very reasonable price for a quality product too. What's not to like?
