Found what I needed on line and picked up in store, no problem, happy with the price. Seem to be well stocked. Only issue with store in Beccles is lack of parking.

Bought goods on Friday for next day collection. Sunday still no email to say the order had arrived. Checked the order online which said it was complete. Rushed to the store as I thought someone else had collected it. Completed apparently means it arrived at a central depot and would be delivered to store on the Monday. Finally got the goods on Monday. Had planned to use the products at the weekend. Would have bought elsewhere if I knew how long it would take to arrive

Trousers was sized wrong. Staff was very helpful indeed. @ a different store to original purchase. The wrongly sized trousers was put back into stock and came back out to me again when after trying a bigger size & they where a bit big. After a lot of travelling about I ended up with the bigger size, after getting them once & re-getting them again. Someone else will get a pair of trousers with the wrong sizing & have to return as I did, so I marked one star less. Helpful staff at Beverley & Stoneferry, Hull. St Andrews not so friendly.
