Disappointing
YWW102998835 I recently fell victim to tool theft and urgently needed to replace my equipment, so I ordered a Makita drill and combi set along with microfibre towels from Toolstation. I stayed in all day waiting for the delivery, only to find that Parcel Force marked the parcel as delivered and signed for, but I never received it. The signature shown is not mine. When I contacted Toolstation, I was told it would take several days to investigate. I understand these things can take time, but given my situation – having just had my tools stolen and now being left without the replacements I paid for – I expected more urgency and support. This has been a really frustrating experience during an already stressful time. I’ve been left out of pocket, unable to work properly, and without any clear resolution. I’ve used Toolstation in the past and always had good service, but this has really shaken my confidence.
