Another no fuss visit, friendly staff quick service.

Toolstation usually excellent but on this occasion not so. Ordered Friday for Saturday delivery. Nothing arrived. Nothing arrived Sunday. On visiting the branch, there was a 'warehouse problem' so deliveries wouldn't be for at least another 2 days and OOS everywhere else. Quick refund etc etc. Despite this I would still use them as they've always been excellent

John in the Brentford store always makes the experience worthwhile! Awesome dude he is!

Items needed i stock & dealt with quickly & efficiently

They are nearby and have useful opening hours. Several of the staff have been there a while and so they seem invested in their work and are pleasant and helpful. It's not a massive branch so they cannot stock everything but better than the City Screwfix down the road. TS the bigger company seem OK but sometimes the messaging when I have an order is inconsistent. I worry that they ask for reviews all the time - this comes across as needy and should be reduced.
