Toolots Reviews

Do NOT do business with this company. Customer service is abysmal and absolutely unacceptable. They sent me a damaged $150 item, and I’ve been trying to get a resolution for three weeks with multiple phone calls and emails. Their rep, Christine D., is rude, talks over me, blocks access to a manager, and even goes silent mid-call and pretends not to be there. Wild! It genuinely feels like they’re dodging a return and trying to stick customers with defective, expensive products. I’ll be filing complaints with my credit card company and the BBB.

The pump was just what we needed at a great price and got to us fairly quickly.

I've called twice asking for tracking of my order. The customer service person seemingly can't locate my order or tell me an estimated time of arrival. It's frustrating. If you don't have the product just say so.

I never received my order

Ordered 2 items. One was out of stock. ordered 2 of the remaining item. then both were out of stock. inventory system sucks. got no notice of a credit to my account for the order so i have to check my credit card statement because of lack of communication and immediate action.

Product came quickly considering I am in Connecticut, I would have like a shipping notification email because I was never sure if order actually shipped

Good Products, competitive pricing.

Still haven't received order acknowledgement despite sending additional inquiry to customer service. Hello - Anybody out there?

Very slow in delivering materials and lack of stock

Can not get anyone on the phone to resolve a wrong shipment issue.

I got caught in a bait and switch. I requested that they return my money but they have not. So far as of 31 Oct 2925

I have called multiple times, emailed and left messages for my PO 1275.1 for a Bolton tool Vacuum Pump for 71.87. Paid via CC and never received an email confirmation. No answer on the phone, just hang ups.

They sent me the wrong item, and now I have to deal with a frustrating process just to get it returned and refunded. Still waiting!

Item turned out to be not in stock. No alternative provided

Fast delivery and product was as described. Intrinsically safe tools can be extremely expensive but their prices were very affordable for our small business. Will do business with them again.

great followup with a call to confirm my order and shipping details good delivery time

Ordered online a 19inch 4-Post 27U 23.6" Depth Open Frame Rack on 9/15/2025 from RPM Hardware- Order 49249. Order status stated Ready to Ship. On 9/15/2025 our credit card was charged by TOOLOTS INC for our order. On 10/06/2025 we called to inquire about tracking for our order. We were informed that it was in the warehouse and had not been shipped. We asked for expedited shipping and a tracking number and were assured that it would be sent out directly. After no response, we called again on 10/13/2025 and the representative was unable to locate the information on our item or shipping. We cancelled the order and asked for a full refund which we are still waiting for.

My Order was placed with a company called RPM hardware. I received an email stating that the order was placed but had to call a few days later since I never received an email stating that the order had been filled. However after my call the order was filled and shipped. On the bright side I really like the lights, they are bright and fit perfectly. I removed the plastic lens cover and used my original glass lens and it works perfect. Couldn’t be happier about the price and the lights. Just a bit confusing considering the multiple company names. I would have given 5 stars without the confusion.

Part never arrived: Order being prepared for shipment: Package:IF1026260 - Oct 6, 2025 1:31:51 PM Order picked and ready for shipment: waiting warehouse... Order shipped waiting warehouse...

Item arrived in poor condition. Unit was damaged, seems used, dirty, and leaking hydraulic fluid. We want to return the item and to be issued a refund.
