I did not place an order due to extremely high shipping cost. My card was charged $91.78 and I need credit and receipt for it.

Your web site was the easiest to navigate. Several of your reps called and emailed, when it appeared I may have made a mistake. I did. They corrected!

I placed an online order. My credit card was charged. I then received an email telling me my item was not in stock. I immediately requested a credit. No reply. I emailed again a few days late...no reply. I then reached out to the company directly...still no reply. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a company to do business with if you are looking for customer satisifaction.

Customer service sucks I call customer service to find out where my product is at that I boughtI called 3 times in different days a recording always says no one is available at this time to and to leave my phone number my name and Email address and I will be called back after a week I still haven’t received a call or an email

Quick response and having the item I requested in stock. So many of the granulators are not in stock at this time.

I have ordered a commercial grade dehumidifyier from this company. Next morning they advised that item is not in stock by email. No information about the refund. Impossible to reach them. One month later, on the phone, after 5 times misspelling my order number, and telling me they are not aware of the refund status, they dropped the call right after I asked for the name of the person I spoke with!

Don't buy equipment from toollots or purchase Cps extended warraty. Not a reputable companies . Don't waste your money . Bought 20hp air compressor that been having issue six month after i bought the aircompressor been dealing with toollots and cps back and forth called cps to file a claim and got denied but they do want your money.

SCAM. I really don’t know why this so called business hasn’t been shut down by authorities. Toolots takes your money, never fulfills your orders and then play dumb when you demand your money back. An absolute illegal operation they are doing.

It was difficult getting in touch with customer Service by phone and I still haven't recieved my items.

I placed an order on 7/1. I started calling customer service on 7/7. Every day I call and ask about the status and everyday they say they have to check with the warehouse. I'm pursuing a dispute with my credit card company.
