Do NOT do business with this company. Customer service is abysmal and absolutely unacceptable. They sent me a damaged $150 item, and I’ve been trying to get a resolution for three weeks with multiple phone calls and emails. Their rep, Christine D., is rude, talks over me, blocks access to a manager, and even goes silent mid-call and pretends not to be there. Wild! It genuinely feels like they’re dodging a return and trying to stick customers with defective, expensive products. I’ll be filing complaints with my credit card company and the BBB.
