These people are extremely incompetent rude and to put it politely, some of the lowest IQ people that I have ever encountered.
It is like, they are doing EVERYTHING they can, to wind you up and infuriate you.
I was told to remove, certain words from my original review, so that’s what I have done.
I have never in my life experienced anything like it!
I make monthly payments to them, but if they are made 1 day later, then I get phone calls, text messages and emails, saying that I didn’t make the payment, even though I did, and I also got email and text confirmation, that I did just that.
I am very busy, and work 5 days a week like most people, and if the payment is scheduled for a Friday, and I pay the day after on a Saturday, then on the Monday I have a barrage of calls, email and text messages, saying that I didn’t pay, even though I did, and got confirmation on it.
I then call them, and their staff then after long and tedious security check questions, finally get to realise that I actually DID pay, then they say sorry we need to update “our system”.
But just to get there, is also a process, as many of their staff are rude, impatient, and keep interrupting, so I had to hang up on several of them, to get to speak to a polite one, that has just a little bit of intelligence.
Last time, I spoke to one of there staff, a couple of weeks ago, I did make it very clear to them, that they need to sort out,“Their system” so I don’t get these extremely annoying and unnecessary phone calls, texts and emails, saying that I haven’t paid, when I HAVE.
So guess what happened just now?!!
I got phone calls, texts and emails saying, that I haven’t paid, when I HAVE I did that on Saturday!!!😡🤬😡😫😡🤬😡These people are straight from hell and SO incredibly stupid! It’s beyond anything that I have EVER experienced!
I did warn them, that if this continues, I will report them to the police, take them to court AND get a newspaper to write about just how stupid TM legal are, how they are harassing people, and how they just can’t understand, simple instructions and messages.
Their phone staff, I spoke to two weeks ago, said that he would make a note, of all that, but he clearly hasn’t, or his extremely incompetent, low IQ colleagues, don’t bother to read his notes in the file…my patience with these people, is over and out.
I did say, if you keep behaving in such an outrageous way, I shall stop making payments and change my number, and you will be reported for harassment, and taken to court…and guess what? They have done it again.
Payment was made Saturday, not on Friday, and I received a barrage of annoying and untrue messages, about missed payments.
I did not miss anything.
TM Legal has missed EVERYTHING and now that is it over and out, I am so done with them.
But first I will expose them, newspapers and court, for all the harrasment and nuisance calls, texts and emails that they have done.
You will NEVER be harassing anyone again!!! TM Legal, you are an absolute DISGRACE!!! Shame on you!!!
And train your phone staff to be polite and not interrupt! That’s the very least you should do.

No, I will not be more in touch with you, I have been MANY times, I spent over an hour, on the phone with you, a couple of weeks ago, but you don’t care, you don’t listen, or you simply don’t have the competence or the intellect m, to understand ANYTHING at all.
The only way, to get you to stop in your tracks, and get you to reflect, on your ways and listen, is by writing a public review of you, and that’s exactly what I did…and look who is now reacting, and want to make amends…well we are way beyond that.
