Charlotte was very patient and very helpful. Resolved everything I needed.

I spoke with Keo today and he was so polite and understanding off my situation and helped with getting it sorted to get back on track, I can't thank him enough as I now feel at ease with my situation.

Still the same meaningless generic response to my reviews. If these people actually meant what they say, they would resolve the problem, reach out to me (after I have emailed them to supply the SAR information in full) and fulfil their statutory obligations to supply all the information.
