Be more open with communication. Ps. Ishmael is great!
Customer service was amazing, very helpful and understanding, I spoke to Ishmael today and he was very re-assuring, calm and helped me understand what I can do in my situation and helped me sort out a payment plan I can handle. However he stated that it almost became a court case as no payments they’d tried to take previously hadn’t worked, it was due to having slightly wrong bank details but nobody over the 8months had tried to contact me about the payment failing due to incorrect information, even though they got the details fro m Very account and I’d used them to purchase something so the details should’ve been correct? Please try and be more open with customers and let them know of the issue instead of just sending letters about the balance left to be paid. I’ve now had to pay an extra £100 because of this!
