I have used Tick for several years of travel. I have never had to claim fortunately so can’t really comment on their payout but their rates are very good and they seem to cover most things

Well haven't travelled yet But buying the insurance was very easy and a reasonable price
Use TICK before and getting a quote and establishing the policy was easy
Quick, easy and affordable travel insurance that covers my needs.
So far its been very easy. The online qoute is easy to fill out and communication occurs immediately.
The lady I got to do the travel ins question over the phone was very helpful and everything went smoothly and was able to give a 10% discount as we were returning customer every nice .she was polite and precise so very happy with the outcome. Anthony
I've used tick travel insurance a few times, nowi find it easy to get a quote and apply for the cover it's quite affordable, I'm happy with this service and would recommend it to anyone.

Bad experience. I bought the travel insurance but can't login and check. Try to reset password or create new one. Nothing working. Send email to enquiries no solution.
Initial application for Tick Travel insurance is an easy, comprehensive and prompt way to get travel insurance at a reasonable price. Obviously unable to create a full review until I put in a claim (hopefully not required) but it seems to offer full coverage for my journey at the very best price I could find.
I haven't used the insurance yet, but signing up was easy and prices were cheap.

I like the idea of the online trip planner but I found the website a little time consuming to navigate.
