I have used Tick for several years of travel. I have never had to claim fortunately so can’t really comment on their payout but their rates are very good and they seem to cover most things

Extremely difficult ...I had at least 10 attempts....it kept putting me down for two persons....or changing my date of birth...eventually I managed...
I had no idea what to do as I have never travelled before. The lady was so so helpful and I got the right coverage I need. I am so grateful for all her help❣️🌹
I would have liked to be able to make changes to my policy online but I had to call. I got helpful and friendly service over the phone

I have used tick a few times and they have been really good to deal with. This time I by accident bought the wrong insurance and they were helpful with getting the issue resolved. Customer service have been amazing. On previous trips I have had to make a claim and they were straightforward with the process.
