There was no map to pick my seats, only a list of row and section. I don't really know what I'm getting, and other ticket platforms provide a map that you can pick your seats.

This site is terrible. They overcharge you and they get away by it by emailing you the tickets 2 days before the show. You also can’t choose your seats. Worst site I have ever used and please don’t use this site. It’s a scam. Bad Cutsomer service and overcharging you. Can’t believe they get away with it.
Bought tickets for a baseball game and there were no issues and the whole process was seamless and easy
John and the opener were hysterically. Funny we really never stop laughing through the whole show. We especially liked it when he made fun of the people who live in the Berkshires and Lenox .It was very hot weatherwise, but ended up being the most beautiful evening at Tanglewood.

Confusing if our tickets (127, row LLL) gained you access to premium areas. They didn’t. Stadium was underwhelming with few areas to stop and eat your food and long walks to restrooms. Could use some upgrades modeled after Minnesota or Atlanta, perhaps.
A wonderful venue (Budweiser Stage) and a fabulous act. James Taylor’s voice is not what it was 30 years ago but it’s still very good and, with the help of his fabulous backing group, the show was amazing. JT has great personality and humility - the concert felt like a very intimate experience.
There is no way Def Leppard could be anything less than absolutely phenomenal! I adore everything about this band especially their longevity & resilience. Our society can learn from that. Keep on rocking & inspiring!
I love the venue. Diana is getting older. She only had a bass cello and drums accompanying her which is not how her recordings were done. The audience asked for certain songs on her albums which she did not sing.

I accidentally made an order for the wrong day. There were no clear disclaimers around they had no cancellation policy and they hadn’t even sent me the tickets. I almost immediately wrote asking to cancel and the company refused point blank. Scandalous service. I will never use them again and I urge others to find other options as well.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They scam you so bad, they wont tell you your seat without taking your money first. I have contacted Paypal to get my money back. Their customer service is digusting and the company as a whole is an entire scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETSMARTER
