so crappy- bought the wrong ticket, won't get a refund. They're gross and predatory. I wish businesses wouldn't use them
I would rate 0 if I could. Mistakenly placed order. Called customer service for assistance. They were rude and belligerent. Told me to sell tickets and buy new ones. No help. Paid $80 for customer service what a lie. Didn't get tickets. Another lie. Disputed charge and still didn't get a refund. Do yourself a favour and find tickets from the actual retailer. These guys are SCAMMERS and there's a class action lawsuit!!!

realized i bought the wrong ticket within five minutes tried to cancel..... not able to refund tickets at all. no clear policy about no cancellation or refunds and the turnaround was immediate. I wasted $122. on a show i never intended to go to There is no slack or grace period whatsoever and lost my money to a strict non customer friendly policy. i will never buy tickets from here again on principal.. i should have been able to use my money for a ticket for a show I actually want to go to....... buyer beware

Hey to all on this review chain. I got my tickets very promptly if fact my event is 29 July and I have my tickets so in that aspect very good, just That at this early a date I could have bought them cheaper at the box office. the tickets were available I just made a stupid mistake!

I have been attempting to download my tickets but they are not accepted by Ticket Master. Initially I did not have any resolution but a day later raised my complaint on a Chat and received great response and the issue was resolved.
So far so good, don't feel right. No ticket till the day before the game. I hear there good at what they do.
