The ticket was dismissed. Very reasonable price and communication was excellent.

If you have a speeding ticket, do not use this company. They will charge you for nearly the same amount of the amount owed, and you'll still be found guilt of the charges. The Ticket Clinic will not be able to lower the amount or get you off the hook of the charges. If you are lucky, they'll show up to court on your behalf, just to plead guilty. Look up other reviews on the internet. This is one of those companies that prey on people hoping to avoid paying full fines and going to traffic school. We ended up paying their fees, plus the original fee of the ticket. Such a waste of time and money. Our Attorney's name was Ben Issakhrian that showed up on our behalf from The Ticket Clinic reminds me of a Better Call Saul, but without any of the good results on our behalf.

Do NOT use the ticket clinic! You will end up paying double/triple what was due. They really sold themselves to me, I had a speeding ticket paid the ticket clinic $400 to fight because I was hoping point would be removed. I got a letter stating no one showed up on my due date. I called them and the clerk I spoke to was so hostile and rude. Stating that was just a letter they typically send out to go ahead and disregard, that I would be hearing from them soon. Got a letter saying they lost and I have to pay the original fee and go to school so wth did they do? Nothing! Do not use these guys they are big time scammers

I had a positive experience with The Ticket Clinic. I received updates via email anytime there was an update in my ticket dismissal process. They got my ticket dismissed, only thing is it took quite a long time to get it dismissed. Overall, still satisfied.

The ticket clinic failed due diligence and my son is sitting in jail, a very responsible young adult hired the ticket clinic to represent him , they called several times requesting payments but neglected to actually tell him they were court fees and he needed to be in court. He got the warrant for his arrest around 6pm on a Friday and the following Monday went the the court to pay or anything he could do and was promptly arrested. Complete failure on the ticket clinics legal “professional” team … they Have “notes” they attempted to make contact but all they ever contacted him about was payments. Legal notices go to the ticket clinic and you have NO IDEA until you are sitting in a jail cell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and we are seeking to sue for lost wages trauma and fraud .

I hired the Ticket Clinic to help with a speeding ticket my daughter recieved while traveling home late one night from seeing her brother off to his foriegn duty station. Once the Ticket Clinic recieved my money, they essentially ghosted me. I inquired through email as to what we needed to do as the court date approached, and the response was vague and concerning. They would have an update 2 weeks after the hearing. Sounds legit, right? My gut told me we were getting screwed and I was right. No attorney went to the hearing. However my daughter and I did. She was honest and humble about her mistake and the judge dismissed the charge pending payment of a small fine and completion of a defensive driving course. Fast forward to a couple weeks after the court date that the Ticket Clinic's Lawyer, Jeff Wankum, missed, a lady from the Ticket Clinic calls with great news! The ticket had been settled for a fine of more than twice what we paid and reduced to a regular speeding ticket.... I couldn't figure this out. Did they go back and undo what was already done? If we had not gone to the hearing, would my daughter have warrant out for her arrest? Or was it lie to cover their liability to actually represent her in court? To say the least, that's $500 I'll never see again. The Ticket Clinic, at best, appears to have clever marketing (thanks VINWIKI for nothing) and slimy business operations. The lady from the Ticket Clinic was stumbling for words when I told her that her how things actually played out. I should have known better since they are based in South Florida, a well known hotspot for deceptive business practices.

I was pulled over by the CHP and given a speeding ticket. My friend referred me to The Ticket Clinic and we called 3way. I paid the fee they requested after giving them the ticket information and they told me no guarantees but they would do their best. Three months approximately went by and they extended the first court date. Then at the next court date I got an email stating that my case was dismissed and no points were going on my record. Thank you The Ticket Clinic beyond words.

I have used them a couple of times in the past, and they have worked every time. I am sorry to hear that some people did not have the same type of experience that I had, but for me, this service has been nothing but incredible. I already live in an area that has high car insurance premiums, due to traffic, and I cannot afford to have a point on my record. Not only did I not have to pay the fine, but I also did not get a point on my record that will save me a ton of money on my monthly payments. It really is the gift that keeps on giving. I will absolutely use them again and again.

I used ticket clinic for a speeding ticket, well they didn't show to court, I called and they said they requested a future court date and that they would send me more information. They never sent me information about my ticket or court. Long story short, I ended up having to pay the ticket, court fines and a late fee because I didn't know that they hadn't followed through with court, they still have not reached out to let me know that I had to pay the ticket! I found out about the ticket fines and fees when the court sent me a ticket through the mail letting me know I had an outstanding ticket with late fees! Do not use their service, I ended up paying more and got points on my license which increased my insurance cost! Worst service ever and waste of money.

Here's what I went through! I got rear-ended by a Toyota Tacoma, and PSL cop cited me for careless driving - it was wrongly evaluated. The truck driver has prior speeding tickets, has bald tires - no tread left, and distracted while driving. He himself told his GF about it! I contacted Traffic Ticket Clinic at 1502 SE Port St Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952..Since, I'm not getting any response from the office staff, I actually got hold of Attorney Jonathan Alford via google search engine. He was very helpful and reviewed my case and was able to get the case dismissed. I was also glad that the judge reviewed and looked at my driving record, and decided to dismiss it. She was very fair and balanced! One advice though! Be diligent coz some of the staff in the office could care less what you submit, and when you submit all your paper work, it doesn't mean the attorneys will get it. So the negative feedback should go mostly to the staff processing the paper work. I actually went to the office to give the entire copy of documents, pictures, etc. and still Atty Alford didn't get any of the pictures! So if you want one of the very good attorneys at The Ticket Clinic contact Attorney Jonathan Alford instead! He was definitely a big help to me!

They made the situation worse. Lost the case, ticket went up/fine increased, had to pay court costs AND got points assessed. And they weaseled out of returning my payment for the dismal job they did. they fought harder against my refund than they did for my ticket. I got a response from the court before I heard from my "lawyer".

I had so many speed tickets from Mismi Beach and thanks to the Ticket clinic I never bothered anymore. The best is that I left the USA back to Europe and they kept on representing me. All my tickets got dismissed! Gracias

The lawyer we received was extremely unprofessional and useless. When we first called to have the ticket clinic help she stated that the ticket(s) we had would cost us 1,500 total. We knew that was strange but i have used the ticket clinic before and had no issues so we said okay. She told us we could pay it off in 3 month increments and so we gave her our contact information. i paid 300 for the first month. After that we had not heard from her AT ALL in 2 months. She finally reached out to tell us they are withdrawing our case and when we asked why she said we didn’t pay, mind you she never told us WE had to call to make payments we just assumed it would automatically charge us because she never stated otherwise. Not only that but she stated she tried to reach out but when we asked what number/email she used they were both completely incorrect and not what we gave her (yet it was so easy for her to get the correct number after she withdrew our case). She even used the wrong address so we weren’t getting any mail. We had to rush to court that day or we would’ve been arrested. It is absolutely DISGUSTING how little she cared about our case and ourselves. And on top of that we went to court to find out that the ticket was only $107 and that we only had 1 (not 3 like the lawyer had stated). The judge even informed us that that same morning was the first time he had even seen our lawyer. So i paid 300 dollars for NOTHING. NO REAL SERVICE. I WAS SCAMMED. I will NEVER be using the ticket clinic again and i hope they fire that incompetent poor excuse of a “lawyer”. Our public defender was much better and got the case dropped in a week. Interesting how that works when you actually do your job.
