Ticket Clinic from the first phone call became my trusted source for help. I have legal insurance that I pay for through my job. However, I wasn't satisfied with how slowly and awkwardly they (my legal insurance) handled my call and my important matter. On the other hand, Ticket Clinic was so efficient, professional, and effective handling me, my initial call, and my further inquiries. I was nervous and stressed out. The Ticket Clinic representatives (paralegals) talked to me in a knowledgeable, professional and caring manner. I felt more at ease. Subsequently, I could confidently leave the matter in the expert hands of Ticket Clinic. Consequently, Ticket Clinic took care of my in-person Hearing and successfully resolved my case in my favor! They took care of everything. An acquaintance who happens to be an attorney recommended Ticket Clinic. She told me she uses Ticket Clinic, because she has no time to waste. It's the second time we used ticket clinic to get rid of an unwarranted ticket and both times the ticket got dismissed without us having to appear in court or really do anything at all. Great experience and great communication throughout the process.

Terrible Service - Do Not Waste Your Money! I am beyond disappointed with the service I received. I used this clinic for the first time to handle a $166 ticket, and they promised to go to court on my behalf and fight the ticket. Instead, I ended up with the same result I could have achieved on my own—no points on my license, no driving school, and absolutely no value for the $100 I paid them. Essentially, I paid $100 for them to attend court for me, but they did nothing I couldn’t have done myself, at no additional cost. I’m left paying the same amount as the ticket and have received no real benefit from their so-called “service.” This feels like a complete scam, and I am furious that I trusted them with my case. I will never use their services again and I strongly advise others to think twice before giving them your money. This is not how business should be run, and I’ll be sharing my experience online to ensure others don’t fall for the same thing. Zero stars if I could give them that.
