What a deceptive company! When I called inquiring about hiring them to represent me for a ticket in Glynn county GA from March 2024, the intake woman explained that they would work to reduce my ticket under the super speeder amount, to save me that fee and reduce my points. So I paid their fee and retained them. My hearing was not until early February 2025 and I never heard back from the ticket clinic, but got a letter from Glynn country courts to pay my super speeder fine or my license would be suspended. I was somewhat shocked and called the ticket clinic to inquire about the outcome of my hearing. The attorney who represented me educated me that the Glynn county solicitor had made it her policy in February 2024 to NOT lower any tickets to below the super speeder amount. This attorney was surprised that information was not disclosed to me in my intake call, as I would not have thrown away $349 to the ticket clinic for them to be able to do nothing to bring down my ticket below the super speeder amount. It was deceptive, and unprofessional. As a law firm, I find it disgusting that you did not disclose important facts to the potential client for them to be able to make an informed decision. I'd give zero stars If I could, they did not help me, only took advantage of me.

Paid them $99 to get the ticket dismissed. Ended up not getting the ticket dismissed, and had to pay the $264 fine. I paid them $99 for results I could have done myself for free, if I had went to the courthouse myself! Ticket Clinic is nothing but a huge SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM. Plead not guilty, and go to the courthouse and do it yourself for free!

Dismissed!! $350 ticket DISMISSED! - They do their job! Actually defend you and look for the errors to get your ticket resolved! If you do it yourself you pay all the fees and you get points against your license and your insurance rates go up using the Ticket Clinic you avoid all that even if you still have to pay the fine.

paid a fee to hire ticket clinic and attorney wasn't present and now gave to pay fees and obviously points will be put on my license and the techs cant even find my case even after emailing them the letter the courts sent me. useless in my opinion. was better off paying a school and paying the ticket

They literally do nothing for you whatsoever the positive reviews are fakes or probably people that work for this scam of a company I got a ticket awhile back I tried this company not only did I get points on my license I had to pay court fees and the ticket cost went up from the original price a joke of a company do not use this company.

Always use them have been using them for over 7 years...i will use them every time either I win or lose..but in most of my case they have won for me

I hired The Ticket Clinic to adjudicate a traffic citation I received. After the court appearance, I was notified that I will have to pay the fine but there will be no conviction or points in my license. I now find out that I do have a Conviction and points and worse, after speaking to your office by phone, I was told that I had to go to the DMV and resolve the issue. What's the purpose of hiring the firm? Apparently their "Guaranty" is worthless.

Total SCAM!!! Worst experinece ever.... After two months they said I had to pay the ticket and that they were not responsible. Of course, they charged their fee even if they did nothing... Don't waste your time...

Great professional service (and results). After providing The Ticket Clinic with a copy of my speeding ticket I was instructed that one of The Ticket Clinic's lawyers would be appearing on my behalf on November 14, 2024, and I did not need to attend. I received a letter from The Ticket Clinic dated November 15, 2024 that my case was Dismissed. Thanks, Dell

if you hire this company for a speeding ticket this company will not give you any information you need will wait months and send you an email telling you they failed in winning you the case and you will have to end up paying and taking a traffic course and when you ask for refund they will tell you that you missed a clause somewhere in your agreement and you wont get your refund this company is a scam DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

My son received his first moving violation ticket after driving 7 years with a pristine record. I called The Ticket Clinic @ the Florida Orlando Semoran Blvd location and spoke to Mr. Luis Estevez. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Estevez’s knowledge and expertise about the ticket as well as the court process. He was so personable and helpful. I highly recommend this service and company which is very fairly priced for the service provided. 10++

I went into the Port St Lucie office for the ticket clinic although the service was three star they were very helpful in caring but when I left I had no clue of what to expect I didn't understand the process I was just told that they needed a couple things I gave them to them They did however get what I needed and get my copies It was just not a five-star experience until I made a phone call a gentleman named Louis estevez answered the phone moved a couple things around explain the situation in the process for me made me feel very comfortable This situation was my last shot I had $457 in my pocket the price for my tickets was $450 I gave them my paperwork and had no other information I walked out with $7 in my name and didn't feel better until I talked to Mr estevez his customer service is unmatched I haven't seen anything like it in years

All I can say is NEVER trust ticket clinic. They are bunch of liars. Just pay the due. I ended up paying double. I should have paid the ticket. Lawyers are Liars!!! They told me the lawyer showed which is not the case. They said my case was easy. Easy to take my money. Just pay the due. Bunch of thieves!!!

Worst service ever, I’m a truck driver and I was cut off nasty and to avoid an accident I moved to 3rd lane and jumped back in no more than 500 feet when a chp saw me switching back but he was barley entering a the fwy. His word against “an attorney” means gold. So don’t waste your money on these people it’s a scam and all they do is get your money and you lose and still have to pay more money. Lesson learned, next time big accident.

I called for a consultation. I felt the initial conversation was rushed straight to the money part. I didn't get to the actual consultation. I just said thank you and hung up.

It will end up costing you more in the long run going with these lawyers. First time speeding ticket and still had to pay the ticket-pay the ticket clinic- and take the school to get points off my license. They did absolutely nothing except cost me more money. They used to be legit, but unfortunately not anymore. Also to call and get questions answered is next to impossible. Most do not even speak English very well that answer their phones or have very little information. Do not bother
