They very kindly offered me a discount today to secure a good price and they’re keeping the items reserved for me until I’m ready for dispatch to suit my building schedule. David in Tech support and Zac in Sales have both been exceptional and incredibly patient with all the changes that inevitably were made during the process. 10/10 service. Second time ordering underfloor heating from here. I was unsure on a few things and needed some advice. Sales person was Jaime Downes. The items where great the pump was better than expected FED Ex. They where pretty crap to be honest why business use them is beyond me Delivery time 8.30 - 12.30 ok waited for the delivery at about 11.30am message to say item will be delivered by 6 The parcels where coming about 6 miles from their hub I probably won’t buy again due to the delivery service

Technical and sales team were a dream. Can honestly say they did not treat me like a daft woman asking silly questions like many other companies have. They were helpful and decent. Courier - opportunity for improvement but that should not be a reflection on The Underfloor Heating Store

Disappointed from the after care. Before my purchase everything was alright, couple a phone calls per day, explained everything, not a problem at all. After just couple of days of my purchase I really can't reach anyone there for help.. I left couple of voice messages to the person who was dealing with my order before 1 week ago and still nothing. I didn't left 1 star only because I didn't have any issues with actual delivery, otherwise no support at all.

Fast delivery, good price

Overall UFHS delivered very good service and were extremely polite and helpful in dealing with, and correcting, an order error. The error originated in the on-line order screen that didn’t register the fitting kit but it wasn’t obvious at checkout so that might need an update.

Terrible delivery service and design services Guaranteed Saturday delivery. They called me late Friday to say the postal company refused to take it for Saturday despite being ordered well within the time window. I was advised it would be delivered Monday. I call at 4pm Monday to say it’s not arrived yet .. “Don’t worry we can see the courier has got it and will be there by 6pm.” 5:50 I call to ask where it is again.. there phones lines are open to 6 but no one answers. Why say you’re open to 6 when nobody answers calls. Just shocking! I asked for a floor design after I sent an easy to read hand drawing with every exact measurement… they failed to get anything right 6 times! I gave up with the shear incompetence of the design team.

Not installed yet but service and delivery looking good so far.

When we contacted The Underfloor Heating Store we were quite unsure of exactly what we required and how to construct the pipe layouts. Thankfully, The Underfloor Heating Store were with us all the way, they prepared a really complex pipe layout diagram along with all the necessary materials we would require to put everything together. When the order arrived, one item was damaged during delivery but was replaced very quickly without any fuss. The The Underfloor Heating Store were brilliant to deal with very efficient, quick to respond and I would highly recommend them to anyone embarking on Underfloor Heating.
