Great customer service and super fast delivery. I ordered on a Friday afternoon using Apple Pay which didn’t allow me to select next day delivery. However, when I phoned to pay this over the phone, the sales team said there was no need as the order was already being picked and should be with me by lunchtime Monday. The order was delivered on Monday lunch. Great service, many thanks.

Never received the item i purchased. When contacted customer services was told i had refused delivery from FedEx which was clearly a lie as i requested the item to be delivered to a pick up point and had an email conformation from the FedEx. I requested a refund and was told by customer services i would have to wait for a refund until the item was returned back to them from FedEx. WHY!!! i never received the item so its not me returning the item so why should i have to wait??? I have now had confirmation that the refund has gone through but still haven't received it. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

Have used the service previously, it is consistently excellent, thank you! Just a small annoyance with the actual website, not being able to discard an item easily (edit the basket) but that could have been on my side and I am not taking anything away from the service. Dispatched quickly with updates through the whole process and received the very next day. Thanks again!
