Underestimated the number of boards required to make their quote appear more competitive. They assumed no wastage (ie the boards would fit perfectly to the space without any off cuts) which is obviously not the case, as the rooms are not a multiple of the dimensions of the boards. This meant their quote seemed more competitive than others, when in reality, if it was accurate, it would have been similar. This only really became clear after delivery, at which point it was too late to switch to another system. Dom Hall, account manager, he said the best they can do is 15% off additional boards. So now I have to swallow an additional £400 of cost that wasn’t in the original quote, that should have been. Update - 22 April - was called by a friendly lady from customer service who apologised for the mistake and said they would refund the delivery charges, and look into why the system didn’t allocate sufficient materials to complete the job.

Extremely helpful. Quick to respond to emails and any issues I have had. Also quick to offer a refund as I'd ordered the wrong Hive, I ordered a dual channel by mistake. Great customer service indeed.

Ordered cement boards. Arrived on time on a pallet, when removing cellophane, boards were damaged like something had collided with it in transit. Emailed Sunday eve with pics. Monday morn responded informing they will dispatch immediately... Received next day 11am ish. Impressive.thanks.

Good service from yourselves, easy to use website, despatched day after but choice of FedEx as your courier was the only issue. First email from them said delivery due before 1pm Tuesday, then amended to 6pm that day, then pushed on to Wednesday, then pushed on to Thursday. It has now finally arrived but I would have liked more reliable communication from them.
