What a pleasure to deal with this company. We needed advice about an old component and they were immediately able to identify it from a photo and sent a PDF manual for us to check if it would still work which it didn’t. No pressure to buy a new one but they were then able to tell us what would replace it. Order arrived early next day and we were regularly kept informed of tracking. Just a joke, from the design having no transition boards to get the pipework in each room to have a heatmiser ufh8 missing. Check your orders carefully after 48 hours these lot don't want to know. Should have used WUNDA. UFH store may beat there prices its for a reason they sell you half a kit and a massive headache trying to get it to work. Very poor service will never use them again! Bog standard response no real answer. Also found out from heatmiser the thermostat supplied by these lot can not be used in a bathroom and need probes. Extra £50.This was designed by Harry croft at the underfloor heating store.
