Very good service

Poor packaging - ordered around 14 tile backer boards of which most were chipped, 2 unusable. Plastic strapping around the box was too tight and caused this damage. The Underfloor Heating Store offered no solution to the unusable boards as I didn't report within 48 hours per the terms. I'd recommend ordering from somewhere who better understands the how to protect the products being shipped.

Product available at great price in any amount. I only needed two board for my tiny bathroom but they were still delivered free the next day. They are good quality and do the job well. Thank you.

Very fast delivery and easy to work out per room with the pre-made room kits. We have now had installed and under test so lets see how it compares to the other systems we have used todate.

Great product at a good price - this is my third underfloor heating system from them. Once in my previous house and once in another room in this house. They work really well and following their advice they seem to be better than other ones I've experienced at other people's houses, (in terms of time to reach temperature and the heat they give out). I have always used their underfloor insulation boards and as long as you balance the levels you end up with a seamless match to the rest of the house but with lovely warm fee and a pleasant room temperature as well. I've only ever used them as a secondary source but often run them during the winter without the main central heating system on and they seem to cope fine. Joe from the accounts team was very helpful at the start, and a special mention to Callum from the technical support team - gave me some very helpful advice when I installed the last heating system which was tricky due to the shape and size of the room, (before handing over to the professionals to install the wiring connection). Thanks very much.

Very quick delivery and great service

I approached The Underfloor Hearing Store as a contractor working for a client on a bathroom renovation. The system wasn’t something I’d used before so needed a concrete specification to ensure the best system was to be used. David took my plans and dimensions and worked out what products and system would be the best for the job. His response was fast and detailed. I had a few questions, he replied to my emails almost immediately with the answers and reassurance. Even after he’d sent through the order details I noticed an error on my part, again, amazingly quick response and all was well!! I strongly believe credit where credit is due, and David’s customer service on behalf of his company is outstanding! Will definitely be retuning for the next project!
