What a pleasure to deal with this company. We needed advice about an old component and they were immediately able to identify it from a photo and sent a PDF manual for us to check if it would still work which it didn’t. No pressure to buy a new one but they were then able to tell us what would replace it. Order arrived early next day and we were regularly kept informed of tracking.
