We ordered a complete UFH system which was designed by one of the team. We were really pleased by the service and guidance provided and the items were dispatched quickly. We had an issue where items on the invoice and quotes were incorrect resulting in some missing pipe. To get the project moving, some extra pipe was ordered but after speaking to customer services, they were able to correct the issue and refund the cost of the additional pipe.

Ordered a wrong size (which was my fault) and sent it back by Royal Mail parcel force. I misplaced the receipt (again my fault). Underfloor heating couldn’t validate that they received it but issued a refund anyway. Ordered the right size second time and received it in a couple of days. Great service. Great product as has been installed in bathroom and provides lovely toasty floor. Can’t wait for the winter! My only criticism for Underfloor Heating or for the customer to be aware of is that you need to buy a socket box or dry line box for the thermostat. One doesn’t come with it which is strange , so you have to go to electrical or hardware store and get one separately. Then fit it all. Not the easiest fit but not the hardest either. I’m not an electrician but managed it in a couple of hours. And all looks and works great.

Delivery before 12 noon next day was excellent. Ordered out of hours as well. The only issue was on my side. I should have made the order during their working hours as the after sales team was excellent and advised me on aspects of the order over the phone. Should I have had the information beforehand the order would have cost me less.

Great all round service

Used the underfloor building tool and purchased the recommended pro warm kit. Everything was delivered on time and complete with all parts well boxed and of good quality.

Clear website, good assistance and information when I rang them, order placed and delivered promptly. The service was great, I let you know about the actual performance of the heating once installed. Now a few months in and in the grip of the cold spell, Heating performs well, nice and warm, a bit expensive to run compared to gas but we expected that, nice to be able to use the app to control remotely for a nice warm house when you get home.
