No refund
Ordered a wrong size (which was my fault) and sent it back by Royal Mail parcel force. I misplaced the receipt (again my fault). Underfloor heating couldn’t validate that they received it but issued a refund anyway. Ordered the right size second time and received it in a couple of days. Great service. Great product as has been installed in bathroom and provides lovely toasty floor. Can’t wait for the winter! My only criticism for Underfloor Heating or for the customer to be aware of is that you need to buy a socket box or dry line box for the thermostat. One doesn’t come with it which is strange , so you have to go to electrical or hardware store and get one separately. Then fit it all. Not the easiest fit but not the hardest either. I’m not an electrician but managed it in a couple of hours. And all looks and works great.
